Familiarization with Microsoft Office and its Applications
OBJECTIVE:
To get familiarize with Microsoft office and its applications.

Lab Task #01:


“COLLAPSE AND EXPAND THE RIBBON”

[Link] order to “collapse the ribbon” we have to press (ctrl+F1)

. In “order to expand” the ribbon we have to press (ctrl+F1) again

2. We can “collapse the ribbon” in another way just by clicking the small arrow at least right
top of the slide.

. In order to restore the ribbon for “expanding” the ribbon the same way we again press the
small arrow at least right top of the slide .

3. Last, step to “collapse and expand the ribbon” we press the display option on
the top of the screen.

• To hide all the commands from the screen we press the Auto- Hide
option.

• To display the “Ribbon” back on the screen temporary we press


ellipsis

• To exit from Full screen mode we select “Show Tabs and Command”

 Open word document by using command.
