Teacher’s Day

The Amazing Teachers in SAKTI

( includes broken English of course! )
In my honest opinion, teachers are somebody who guids, educates and inspires students all
over the world. What I'm trying to say is that no matter where you’re from there’s always a
teacher to pave the path to a brighter future.
Teachers deserve much more respect than most jobs. Especially nowadays, where they try their
hardest to help kids amidst the quarantine. Since teacher’s day is just around the corner, it’s
only fitting that we talk about the teachers that inspired us, right?
I’ll begin with Miss Syafiqa, our math teacher. She is a very calm and patient teacher. Even if you
haven’t finished your homework she still gives you a second chance. I think it’s a good quality to
have as a teacher to forgive students.
Now I'll talk about the teacher who is prioritizing this very essay! Her name is Miss Hazwani and
she’s our English teacher. Let me be a little bit ignorant here, I do think I am above average
when it comes to English but I still mess up at times, that’s where she comes in. She is very
easy to understand and helpful. What more can I say? She has all the traits of an amazing
teacher.
Oh yeah, I almost forgot about Mr. Syed Muzni, our science teacher. He teaches us a
very important lesson and that is to present information. He’s also the teacher that sells
tea when we were fasting. I don't think that’s important but still noteworthy. Just like the
teachers I've mentioned so far, he is very calm and he teaches us how to think for
ourselves, almost like a father. He is very good at giving students like myself advice that
boost our confidence.
The final teacher i wanna talk about is Mr. Salleh, our History teacher. He’s the comedic
type of teacher. There hasn’t been a single time that my class has been with him
without me either laughing or getting myself involved with his teaching. Now, don’t let
his charms fool you, he is also a very serious teacher. He never lets a student lie or sit
still, doing nothing in his class. Everybody has to learn at the same time, right?
Overall, the teachers i’ve mentioned so far is only a fraction of the actual number of
teachers that are in SAKTI and i haven’t even talked about my Malaysian and Japanese
teachers, both are amazing too. Students should be more respectful to their teacher but
sadly nowadays, it seems that respect has disappeared. We should be more open
about the ones that inspire us and help them. We could try helping them, respect them
or even just celebrating teacher’s day. I’ve done my part by writing this essay but have
you done yours?
