Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Node.js Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a Node.js Developer, you
will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and secure web applications and APIs.
Your expertise in Node.js and related frameworks will contribute to the success of our projects and help drive innovation within
our organization.

Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain server-side web applications and APIs using Node.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.
• Implement efficient and scalable database models and integrate with backend services.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality and reliable software delivery.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate server-side logic with user interfaces.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Node.js and related technologies.
• Participate in code reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript.
• Experience with Node.js frameworks such as Express.js, Koa.js, or similar.
• Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of database systems (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
• Continuous learning mindset and a passion for staying updated with emerging technologies.
• Additional Skills (desired but not mandatory):
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, JWT).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Mocha, Chai) and test-driven development (TDD).
• Experience with message brokers or streaming platforms (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
