Activation account
1. Go to maybank2u.com.my
2. Click Back to classic
3. Type in your existing maybank2u username and password.
4. Click Investment > Online stock > Real time market infor
5. Choose Maybank Equities Investment Centre
6. Fill in all the information * required
Account maintain, choose 32127 SRI PETALING
7. Click submit
8. Click Live Quote
9. 2 pop up application from “Excel Force MSC Berhad”, install > Yes > Yes
10. Your account has successfully activated
Log in through Internet Explorer
Open browser, type in: maybank.com.my
Key in your username and password to login.

To place an order, search the stock first (either name / code).
Select the stock by clicking it (highlighted in blue), then click BUY

Select Account, Type in Quantity, Price and Choose Validity
Validity Option
Day: Order valid for today only.
Good till: If order not done today, will valid until the date you choose.
Next trading day: Order only be place on next trading day.
Next trading day and Good Till: Order will be place next trading day and valid until the date you
choose
How to check my order placed
Status:
Queued: Order is in queued.
Order confirmed: Order is in queued.
All Matched: Order is successfully transacted.
Partially Matched: Order is partial successfully transacted.
Order Declined: Please call me to enquire.
How to login to share trading platform (SHORTCUT)
Click Trade Online
Type in your username and password

How to check account summary
Move your mouse to online enquiries drop down, click on account summary.
Choose the trading account no., and click submit

O/S balance = your own fund (in negative)
Available facility: total amount you can purchase
Margin A/C no.: your premier one account number
Total gain / loss: contra position (buy and sell the stock within 3 days)
How to check my share portfolio
Move your mouse to online enquires, click on My portfolio.
Click submit
Capped Price: bank value on the specific stock
Weighted Average Price: average buy price
Free quantity: stock already paid (after T+3 days)
CUP: stock purchase within 3 days, already picked up.
DUP: stock purchase within 3 days, not yet pick up.
Unrealized P/L: based on market price now, in earning / losing position.

(weighted average price – last done price) x quantity
Market value: last done price x quantity
Bank value: capped price x quantity

How to check the stock I sold (profit & loss)
Move your mouse to online enquires, click on My portfolio.
Click submit
How to do cash withdrawal
Move your mouse to Other services, cash collateral withdrawal, and click on New Request.
Fill in all the details
* able to transfer to own account (under Maybank only).

* can perform withdrawal on working days only.
* can get the money in your saving/current account same day 7pm.
How to register for Proxy voting (AGM/EGM)
Only applicable for nominees account, (trading no. start with SE/SC/SA)
Move your mouse to Corporate Action, and click Proxy Voting Application
Click Add
Fill in the * column and click submit
Fill in necessary details and click submit.
Eg: Meeting type, Meeting date, Voting remark, Attendance Selection

How to create Watchlist
Click Organise Favorites
Click new
Type the list name, then click “X”
Search the stock, right click, then Add to Favorites

Stock: Name
Previous Close: Yesterday closing price
High: Today highest price
Low: Today lowest price
B-O: Buy order
B-Q: Buyer quantity (in lot size)
Buy: Buyer price (in RM)
Sell: Seller price (in RM)
S-Q: Seller Quantity (in lot size)
S-O: Sell order
Last: Last transaction done price
Chg: Last transaction price compare with yesterday closing price (in RM)
L-V: Last Volume (in lot size)
Vol: Total volume done today
VWAP: Weighted average price done today
T-O: Today Opening

1. What is the minimum investment?

Minimum buy/sell quantity: 100unit.
2. How much maximum I can key in per order?

Maximum to key in buy/sell quantity: 5000x100 (500,000unit) or RM200,000 per order.
3. How much minimum I can key in per order?

Minimum to key in buy/sell quantity: 1 x100 (100unit)
4. How to transfer fund to trading account?

Go to maybank2u.com.my > login your username and password > pay and transfer> transfer
> transfer from (saving/current) > transfer to (own account) > choose Premier 1 account >
key in transfer amount > click transfer
5. How to subscribe email delivery for contract note and statement?

Go to maybank2u.com.my > Login your username and password > Setting (Top Right Corner)
>Account > Email Statement Delivery > Update your email address at Premier 1 account and
Contract note
6. How to view contract note or combined statement online?

Go to maybank2u.com.my > Login your username and password > wealth > Share > Click on …
7. How to update your mailing address?
