The Marigondon Elementary School Graduation Program will now start. Just a Friendly reminder:
Graduation is expected to last an hour or more, so before we start the ceremony, please if possible put
our cellphones on a silent mode, avoid unnecessary noises when the introduction of the graduates have
already begun. And also make sure to wear face mask at all times and have a meter distance from each
other.

INTRODUCTION:

Commencement is a French word which means beginning. Indeed, there is a good

reason they call ceremonies, commencement exercises. Graduation is a very special moment of every
Childs’ life since it marks the end of their school years. Graduation is not the end it is the beginning. It is
the culmination of a lot of hard work and diligence. As what ARIE PENCOVICI one said, and I quote, “
Graduation is only a concept. In real life every day you graduate. Graduation is a process that goes on
until the last day of your life. If you can grasp that, you’ll make a difference.

A pleasant and blessed Afternoon to you all and Mabuhay!!!! Today we will witness the 71 st
Annual Commencement Exercises of the Marigondon Elementary School, School year 2021-2022 with
the theme: “ Gradweyt ng K-12: Masigasig sa mga Pangarap at Matatag sa mga Pagsubok.

PROGRAM PROPER:

Ladies and Gentlemen, the ( 1. ) Processional. Roll out the red carpet for the Graduating Class of
2022 accompanied by their proud parents, let us also welcome the stake holders in education- P.T.A.
officials, Barangay Officials, DepEd officials represented by Our D.O. representative and School Head,
The Faculty of Marigondon Elementary School together with the honoured guest.

We’re all here and gathering to celebrate a big event in a students’ life. This is the long awaited
day… the fulfilment of the intense dream that comes after their hardwork.

Without much ado, may we all rise, as we pay tribute to our heroes by singing the(2. ) Philippine
National Anthem. Maam Imelda C. Poverbio conducting. After which, we shall remain standing and be
one in mind, body and spirit as we praise and thank our Almighty God for all His graces and blessings
through a( 3.) prayer by Leira Joy A. Suarez.

Followed by the Singing of the ( 4. )ALBAY hymn, entitled “ Albay Forever”.

- There are no words that can be limited to describe how this pandemic brought to the distance
learning. Unfortunately, the COVID – 19 pandemic has created an experience that is unlikely to
be forgotten. And if this pandemic viewed with a growth mind set- the belief that one’s skills
and qualities can be cultivated through effort and perseverance – it can be life changing.
Fortunate enough, we are now under the Limited Face- to face.
Nothing can be more reassuring and heart-warming than affectionate words of welcome. To
formally welcome us, let us lend our ears to Charlene Luiz A. Medrano for her (5.)Welcome Address.

- At this point let’s listen to our SDO Representative, Sir Eddie S. Monforte, HT- III for the
(6.)Message of the DepEd Secretary.

And now the most significant moment in every graduation ceremony has come. May we call on
Ma’am Arlene B. Yanzon , School Principal I for the (7.) presentation of candidates for Graduation.
This is to be followed by the (8.) Confirmation of the Graduates and message by our D.O.
Representative , Sir Eddie S. Monforte, HT III Basicao Coastal Elem. School.

To carry out the Graduation Rites, may I request our honoured guest to come up the stage to join
our Principal and D.O. Representative for the (9.) Distribution of Diploma.

After Six years of hard work and dedication , graduates, it is about time to reward your commitment
towards education. Reap the fruits of your labor. My we request once again, our honoured guest
and D.O representative, to be assisted by our school principal in (10.) awarding of medals to the
graduates with distinction. Congratulations Graduates!!!

At this juncture, let us be all ears, to Ma. Sophia Cassimira Realubit For the (11.)Thanksgiving
Message.

To (12.)introduce our Guest of Honor and Speaker, May I call in Maam Rechiel B. Medrano. Grade I-
Sampaguita Adviser.

At this point let us listen to the(13.) keynotemessage of our honored Guest, none other than , IRENE
S. POCAAN, Nurse II, DOH-NDP.

- Thank you so much for the inspiring message you shared. May it be a guide for the graduates as
they tread the path of success. May it serve as an inspiration for them to work even harder.

- MUSIC is the expression of our soul, it flows our emotions and it evokes every moment of time.
Through the song, it gives us strength to face every trial in life, now Ladies and gentlemen let us
