Kindly note that the outstanding amount needs to be 0.00 INR and all EMIs should be closed for
account closure / FD closure to be processed.
Also, we have observed as recent transactions have been processed on this account. We request you
to repay the outstanding amount of ₹3934.32 and let us know so as to raise the account closure
request.
We regret to inform you that we are unable to liquidate your FD amount against your outstanding
amount.
We request you not make any new spends if you wish to proceed with closure of the Onecard
account.
We are unable to close the account if there is any outstanding /pending transaction / negative
balance.
Also, kindly note that once the Onecard account is closed it cannot be activated again and you will no

the transaction is settled the closure request can be raised from our side. Further, we would like to
inform you that the transaction gets settled within 24 to 48 hours.
Also, we request you to kindly utilize the excess amount and reward points as the same cannot be
refunded once the account is closed.
Please note, once the account is closed, the same cannot be reopened and you will not be able to
reapply for OneCard.
