Americans. Un-Carrier Integration for National Retail Partner project was designed to improve Growth, market share and
incremental revenue in 2015. T-Mobile’s Business team came up with the idea to launch post-paid products and services in
National Retail Stores (EX. Wal-Mart) with a fully integrated solution with TMUS systems. This include full suite of Un-carrier
moves; all subsequent Un-carrier moves executed at parity with T-Mobile. This would also include the ability to accept deposits
in National Retail stores. Expand the ability to finance equipment in Best Buy through the Assignment Model. This will create a
common customer EIP experience (credit terms) regardless of customers’ EIP purchase in Organic or National Retailer channels.
Assignment Model will enable the National Retailer to originate the loan and for TMUS financial services company (FINCO) to
purchase and service EIP loans. Universe 2.0 is one the largest and most complex programs, Universe 2.0 will entail
refurbishment of the system that is currently employed in T-Mobile retail stores and at customer care centers. U2 is primarily
aiming for reconsidering the way the company carries out its billing process.

Business Analyst
Cingular Wireless is the largest wireless company in the United States, with more than 54 million subscribers who use the
nation’s largest voice and data network. Cingular is dedicated to providing customers with wireline technology designed to
enrich their lives. This project was a client server based application used by the customer service representatives for adding or
modifying data to add new customers , assign and change plans, add and modify optional features, change customer’s personal
information, lodge complaints ,set up recurring payments, make payments on customer requests etc
Responsibilities:
 Gathered business requirements from the users and Subject Matter Experts by conducting interviews and
Questionnaires.
 Used a phased approach to identify and verify key business areas.
 Managed the requirements and developed a Traceability matrix using Rational Requisite Pro
 Participated in meetings with Developers, Project Managers and Quality Analysts to discuss business requirements,
test planning, resource utilization, and defect tracking.
 Managed the overall SDLC for internal and client driven enterprise software initiatives including the development of
business needs and requirements, development maintenance, measurement and support for client interactive
marketing programs, websites, desktop, web and mobile applications.
 Developed Business requirement document, Functional Requirement Document , and Use Case Specification

Ericsson, Inc. the largest supplier of mobile systems has been supporting all the major standards for wireless communications.
The world’s 10 largest mobile operators are among their customers and some 40% of all mobile calls are made through their
systems. Performed role as a subject matter expert with the global IT operations development & customer support group to
implement a strategic process improvement model utilizing SDLC methodology
Responsibilities:
 Conducted user interviews, gathered requirements, analyzed the requirements using RUP methodology and
documented the requirements using Rational Requisite Pro.
 Worked with the SME’s (Financial Analysts, Risk Managers, and Project Managers) to define business critical needs
and analyze the possible technical solutions.
 Created Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) document, User
Requirement Specification (URS) and Change Request (CR) document for system application development.
 Involved in generating Test cases for property and casualty Insurances for Different Levels of Business
