    In Fall 2022, the City of Winnipeg, in collaboration with the Downtown


    Winnipeg BIZ and Scatliff + Miller + Murray, engaged park users to gather
    input about the future redevelopment of the park.

    From the feedback gathered, the project team developed a set of
