MJ: “Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most
of all, love of what you are doing or learning.”, and that is according to Pele, one of the most
successful and popular sports figure of the 20 th century.
J: Furthermore, success is not a place but a way of thinking, feeling, and subsequently acting as
you embark on this exciting journey called life.
MJ: Today, we will be honoring our teachers and staffs who have poured their heart and soul into
this kind of noble job and reached the success that they deserve.
J: Our utmost respect to our ever efficient School Principal IV, Dr. Eskak M. Delna, CES
MJ: To our committed and dedicated Assistant Principal for Academics, Dr. Samsudin N. Abdullah
J: To our brilliant and hardworking Assistant Principal for Operations and Learner Support, Sir
Edgar Allan L. Asug
MJ: To our passionate and deeply motivated members of the faculty and staff,
J: friends, family of our honorees, Guest speaker,
BOTH: Good afternoon! And welcome to Esperanza National High School’s Araw ng Parangal
2022 with the theme, “Pagpupugay sa Natatanging Tagumpay.”
J: At this point, we will be witnessing the grand entrance of our guest speaker, principal and
assistant principals, ENHSTEA Officers, Department/Group representatives,
MJ: To be followed by the Curriculum heads, Department heads and Group heads, Teachers by
department and group, Administrative staff,
(INSERT MUSIC)
J: And now, ladies and gentlemen without further ado, let us all welcome the Honorees to be
escorted by Department heads and group heads where the honoree belongs.
(INSERT HONOREES’ INFORMATION)

MJ: To start with, may we all imbibe some sense of gratitude towards our Almighty through a
prayer
J: And please remain standing for the singing of the Philippine National Anthem, Regional Hymn,
Sultan Kudarat Hymn, ENHS Hymn and VMGO of ENHSTEA by Ma’am Glory Lou A. Mancenero,
ENHSTEA Secretary.

MJ: You may now be seated. Once again, a pleasant afternoon to everyone. (pause) Wow
partner, can we just take a moment and look around? Everyone looks so beautiful and handsome!
J: Indeed, partner. It seems like everybody really prepared for this event. Each one of us looks so
dashing in our tux and gowns!
MJ: Well, we should be because this afternoon, we will be recognizing our dear honorees who by
the way looks the most beautiful and handsome this afternoon, and who have rendered years and
years in the teaching profession.
J: I couldn’t agree more! (pause) Nothing can be more reassuring and heartwarming than an
affectionate words of welcome. To formally welcome us, let us lend our ears to the Chairman of
Socio-Cultural Committee, Sir James P. Casa. A round of applause please.
J: Thank you for the (----) words Sir. And now, we will be entertained by an intermission number to
be given to us by our talented teachers who bagged 2 nd place during the 49th Foundation
Anniversary of Esperanza, a round of applause to Esperanza National High School Boy Band.
MJ: What a wonderful performance. It just proves that not only are the teachers of Esperanza
National High School good at molding our students, but are also overflowing with charm and
talents. (pause) At this point, we will now be presenting our dear honorees for this afternoon’s
activity.
(PRESENTATION OF HONOREES)
J: A round of applause again to our honorees! At this juncture, let us lend our ears as our beloved
principal, Dr. Eskak M. Delna, CES, gives his inspirational message.
MJ: Thank you so much for the inspiring and insightful message Sir. (impromptu about Sir Delna’s
message). At this moment, let us listen to the following teachers who will give their tribute to our
honorees.
J: Sir Elmar S. Lapada for the honorees who rendered 15 years of service, Ma’am Marilou S.
Pagayon for the 20 years of service, Ma’am Kyna Lei O. Flores for the 25 years of service,
MJ: Ma’am Maribel M. Torrena for the 30 years of service and Ma’am Jenny P. Geollegue for the
35 years of service. A round of applause please.
J: Thank you our dear teachers for your tribute to our honorees. And now, to break the monotomy
of the program, ladies and gentlemen, let us all welcome Ma’am Michaela Ymes B. Sumensil, as
she will render her intermission number. A round of applause please!
MJ: Wow! What an amazing voice! It feels like you wrapped a storm in melody. Truly, Esperanza
National High School teachers are very talented.
J: In every occasion, the presence of the guest of speaker makes the occasion more significant
and memorable. By her words of wisdom, we can be able to get ideas that will help us progress.
MJ: Ladies and gentlemen, to introduce to us our guest of speaker on today’s affair, may we call
on the ever vibrant and full of enthusiasm, one of the Master Teachers of Esperanza National High
School, Sir Harold B. Alvior. A round of applause please.

J: Thank you for the informative and motivational words, Ms. Marella. Now, let us proceed to the
giving of token and certificate to our guest speaker. May we call on Dr. Eskak M. Delna, CES,
Secondary School Principal IV and ENHSTEA Adviser and Dr. Analiza G. Sumido, ENHSTEA
President.
MJ: Once again, thank you our guest speaker for your time and effort to be with us in this event.
And now, our dear honorees will be serenaded by our talented teachers, Ma’am Michaela Ymes
Sumensil, Sir Radan Parcon, Ma’am Darvey Larios and Ma’am Jeanette Calzado. A round of
applause please!
J: Let us now proceed to the giving of bouquets, corsages/leis and love gifts to the honorees to be
facilitated by the ENHSTEA Officers by department and group.

MJ: These gifts symbolize the affection and appreciation we have for our honorees.
J: At this moment, may we call on our Guest speaker, Ms. Marella Jean D. Legarta, OTRP
together with our Secondary School Principal IV and at the same time our ENHSTEA Adviser, Dr.
Eskak M. Delna, CES with Dr. Annaliza G. Sumido, ENHSTEA President for the giving of Plaques
and certificates to the honorees.

MJ: These plaques and certificates are manifestation of your hard work, perseverance and
sacrifices along these years.
J: Because at the end of the day, you put all the work in, and eventually it’ll pay off. It could be in a
year. It could be in 30 years. Eventually, hard work will pay off!

MJ: At this juncture, we are going to witness an intermission number from Sir Ivan P. Calledo.
: Thank you so much, Sir. (Appreciate Ivan’s Performance)
J: Isang pagpapatunay na ang mga guro mula sa Esperanza National High School ay hindi
lamang magagaling bagkus talentado rin.
MJ: At this time, let us hear the Response of the Honorees and this will be given to us by Ma’am
Jonah E. Floro, Master Teacher I. A round of applause please!
: (Thank you, Ma’am Jonah Floro. Truly, (insert part of her message)

MJ: As handsome and beautiful you look tonight, your efforts will not be wasted for we will be
awarding the special awards and this will be followed by the message of our ENHSTEA President,
Dr. Annaliza G. Sumido.
J: Congratulations to our teachers who received the special awards and Thank you Dr. Annaliza
G. Sumido for that message. (Insert part of her speech)
MJ: Now, let us hear a closing message from the committed and dedicated Assistant Principal for
Academic Affairs in SHS, Dr. Samsudin N. Abdullah. Let’s give him a round of applause.
: Thank you so much, Sir Samsudin. (Insert part of his speech)
J: Let us all stand and sing our community song to be led by Ma’am Daisy P. Gito, Master Teacher
