The company will provide copies of all emergency response plans to be kept in employee handbooks and operation manuals, and will post copies on employee bulletin boards. The company also will designate and train a sufficient number of employees to assist in the safe and orderly evacuation of employees and visitors. These employees will be trained and re-trained as needed. Training will cover: + Emergency reporting; + Evacuation routes; + Alarm systems; + Specific assigned duties. Periodic drills will be held to ensure that all employees know the appropriate action to take in case of an emergency. The company will provide additional training and frequent drills for employees with specific emergency-response duties; and invite local emergency service units to participate in training whenever possible ‘CONTRACTING PLAN 3.1. GENERAL This Technical Proposal is to descript Technology Experts Company services to receive, transfer, install, test and commission the vessel profilers on Qatif GOSP-1 dehydrators (D-106/D-107) in addition to provide a radioactive portable storage for the profiler. The objective of the deployment of vessel profilers is to resolve the corporate technical challenges, improve operations efficiency and maximize profitability of Saudi Aramco operations by deploying high impact innovative technologies 3.2 PROCUREMENT ACTIVITIES * TECwill receive the Radiation sources, Source holder, Drywell, from VEGA and facilitate the transportation to site © The Instrument field cables from the Signal JB in field to DCS marshalling cabinet, tools and other material not available in the Material Take Off list will be procured © Allitems in the Material takeoff list will be available with ARAMCO © TEC will coordinate with DCS vendor to supply the DCS hardware, FTA assemblies and FTA cables. 3.3. AS-BUILT DRAWINGS TEC will maintain a record of all changes, modifications, and deviations from the design drawings during construction. Prepare three (3) complete sets of as built drawings upon completion of construction blue prints, and submit them to the ‘Saudi Aramco Representative for necessary action to incorporate the changes in the original drawings. These drawings shall be signed and concurred by the ‘SAUDI ARAMCO Representative. 3.4 PROJECT COMPLETION Project shall be complete upon financially close-out of Expenditure Releases created for 'BI-10-77797 Transport Install & Commission of Vessel Profilers for Qatif GOSP 1’ as detailed in GI-2.710. PROJECT COST AND FUNDING 4.1 ESTIMATED COST The estimated cost for this project is SAR 3,979,000 including taxes. 5. PROJECT ORGANIZATION, LOGISTICS AND INTERFACE ‘The project responsibilities are outlined in the RAPID Matrix in Attachment 2. a Bae Grate oe AR hess srs etc ce Project Role Hierarchy Project Role hierarchy explains the various levels of management and the reporting person to which the job roles handled are to reviewed. like There is the Project department handling the site activi * Site storage preparation ‘* Installation , Testing & Commissioning * Transportation and storage of Radioactive material © Givil works * DCS Configuration * Site documentations like Work permits, BOQ, As built drawings, O&M Manual, ERP, safety plan, Work progress report etc. ‘There is Commerce department handling the commercial activities like © Quotation & Purchase Orders = Customs clearance © Procurement , material delivery to site and documentation * Material BOQ review 6. ATTACHMENTS Attachment 1 ~ Technology Brief Attachment 2 - RAPID Matrix Install & Comm ATTACHMENT 1 — TECHNOLOGY BRIEF Interface with Emul: in Layer ‘Tag # / Distance from Centerline (C/L) Fig 1.0 Multi-point Density Array Technology based on using radioactive sources and detectors in defining interfaces among multilayer of phases like crude oil is well known. There are different types of density profilers in the market that used this technology. The technology is based on radiation passing through certain media is attenuated in amount proportional on the density of this media, The radiation measured beyond the media can give indication on its density. With using multi sources and multi array of sensors along oil mixture, phase's boundaries can be determined. Vega produces Multi-Point Density Array (MDA) system provides data for real time process monitoring. The system is based on using cesium 137 mono energetic gamma radiation at 662 KeV and scintillation detectors. It has low maintenance because all detectors mount on the outside of the vessel and have no direct contact with the process. High-energy sources and a longer process path minimize the effects of buildup on source wells and vessel walls A continuous density output is provided from each detector’s measurement location, giving the operator information on the true density of the fluid at that horizontal location. As these outputs change on multiple detectors, the movement of the interface or the size of the emulsion layer can be determined, Fig 1.0 explains the Multi-Point Density Array (MDA) from Vega, where the sources are located inside tube that is inserted in separator vessel and detectors are located outside. The signals are received and presented as graphs on DCS graphics. Terra ution plan) Internal vessel dry well, is curved and mounts the source holder and contains small sources. May use existing vessel nozzles for insertion. Manufactured from various materials for process compatibility. Non-destructively and hydro-statically tested. Each dry well custom engineered for each application. All radioactive sources (Cs137) are located in dry well pipes, which can be in different, size and shape based on the vessels. In this system all detectors from the field will be connected to DCS signal JB's through shielded 2 Pair 16AWG instrumentation cables. The DCS signal JB's are connected to DCS marshalling cabinet through OA Shielded 20 pair 18AWG instrumentation cable. The signals are further connected to DCS system cabinet controllers through FTA cables by DCS vendor. Existing graphics will be modified and new graphics will be generated accordingly by DCS vendor.
