In a professional and demanding environment, the 23rd Quartermaster


Brigade (QM BDE) prepares and trains newly-arrived soldiers to become
Maintenance Leaders in logistics, enabling global-ready Combat
Operations. Each year, the 23rd QM BDE sends qualified and confident
soldiers into the regular Army, from 10 Military Occupational Specialties
(MOS). Helping the next generation of career-focused soldiers and leaders ,
the 23rd Quartermaster Brigade focuses on developing confidence in
trainees through essential skills and technical knowledge. The 23rd
Quartermaster Brigade main mission is the development of a soldier’s
readiness for the job from day one through the militarization process.
