Ans: The most of book customers are from the West Region. According to the
chart, the majority of West Region customers get information via email and
websites. Email marketing is a company sends promotional messages to big
groups of people, whereas website marketing is a company advertises
products and services using the Internet and online-based digital
technologies. According to the marketing plan, it will increase book sales.

2. Where are the average purchases higher? The answer might tell managers
where to focus marketing and sales resources, or pitch different messages to
different regions.
Ans: Based on the pivot table above, the average purchases higher in South
region which followed by East region.
3. What form of payment is the most common? The answer could be used to
emphasize in advertising the most preferred means of payment. • Are there
any times of day when purchases are most common? Do people buy products
while at work (likely during the day) or at home (likely in the evening)?
Ans: In today's there are different kinds of payment methods are available but
the most common payment methods are PayPal and credit cards. According
to the Pivot Table, credit is the most preferred payment to many users. This is
because credit cards offer a convenient way to make payments without the
need for cash. Not only are they secure, but they also provide a record of
payments made over time. Credit cards can also be used to build a credit
score, as each payment is reported to credit bureaus. For those looking to
rebuild credit or establish it for the first time, a credit card is an invaluable tool.
Generally during day purchases are very common, here is the clear definition
of day time and night time so day time is 6 am to 5:59 pm and the night time
starts at 6 pm. People seems to buy while they’re working or studying during
the day.

4. Are there regional differences in the average purchase? If one region is
much more lucrative, managers could focus their marketing and advertising
resources on that region.
Ans: Based on the above pivot table, there are differences between region in
the product of book. There are four types of region such as North, South, East
and West. The highest customer chosen book advertisement compare to
online. South region is the highest from all the four regions, that became a
customer from book advertisement.

The Marketing Manager decides to develop an enhanced regional marketing
strategy by website advertisement. Based on the above pivot table, website
achieves the highest sales amount than email which as stated. Website
achieves sales amount of RM58845.62 while email is Rm 3847.22. Moreover,
certain region also likes to used email as a source of advertisement.
Secondly, highest region that choose website as a source of advertisement is
West region. West region achieves to get the sales amount of RM 53678.79. I
would like to suggest that marketing manager should enhanced regional
marketing by website because compare to all the regions for both sources,
website sources are the most chosen by all the regions. Additionally, this is
because nowadays young customers prefer to purchase product via online.

Ans: There is no much difference in source of outcome of customers. Cause
the entire region quite same like others religions. Based in the pivot table Web
banner ads are more effective than email customers choose web banner
rather than email. In East Region source of outcome of customers 76% in
Web and 24% Email, In West region source of outcome of customers 73%
Web and 27% Email, in North region source of outcome of customers 70%
Web and 30% Email and In South region source of outcome of customers
69% Web and 31% Email. So, without any doubt Web banner ads more
effective than email in every region.
More over web banner ads giving more benefits too which is easy to view and
this can be integrated into web pages, mobile versions, and other apps. The
presence of the banner is already a reality and with which we know that you
have to deal with when entering a web page, whatever it is E-mail usage is
expected to increase in the coming years. Though they are now capable of
delivering more data-driven insight.

advertisement to sell books in the South region. Advertising books in the
South has become increasingly popular in recent years. As more people
turn to the internet for their shopping and entertainment needs,
businesses are leveraging the web as a powerful tool to reach their target
market. With the growth of the internet, web-based advertising has
become the most effective way to market to buyers in the South region.
Websites such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Books-a-Million have
made it much easier to advertise books in the South. With a combination
of search engine optimization and creative content marketing, these sites
are capable of driving high-quality traffic to the websites of publishers and
independent authors. In my opinion, OMT can utilize various methods to
advertise on the web in order to make it more successful. This involves

creating content that will draw in customers and increase engagement.
Content can include videos, tutorials, and interactive elements that will
help users learn more about what the online management training is
offering them. Additionally, OMT should be proactive when it comes to
communicating with their target market. Utilizing a combination of these
strategies can create a powerful online presence for any online
management training service.

Ans: The total revenue generated from the sale of books that are priced
between RM 150 to RM 200 is RM 1504.71.
