Is designed and run by the Department of Computer Science & Engineering 3rd Year , University Institute of Engineering ,
Chandigarh University.

Objective
The purpose of In House Summer Training is to expose students to real work environment and at the same time, to gain skills
directly relevant to their career through hands on training. Students will be encouraged to put into practice technical skills they
have learnt so far. The students will instil the qualities of responsibility, self-confidence and teamwork which will help them in
performing better in placement drives.
The In-House Summer Training Program will run for a fixed number of days.
Days and Timings
30 days/06 Weeks from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
04 hours per Day & 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM (Monday To Friday)

3. Dr. Sumit Kumar Mishra Computational • Students will be able to implement basic concepts of
Programming with Java object oriented programming as well as integrated
Standards programming.
• Students will be able do innovative projects and its
outcome in the form of product/paper/patents.
• Student will be able to learn window based application and
control flow constructs using Integrated Development
Environment (IDE) known as Eclipse.

4. Dr. Anil Kumar Mishra Artificial Intelligence & • Students will be able to analyse different Swarm
Soft Computing Approaches intelligence algorithms and it's hybridization with NN and

drives & help them to secure attractive salary packages in
reputed MNC's.

Outcomes
Students will be able to learn cutting edge technologies as per industry demands and develop good innovative projects through
project based learning and which will ultimately help them to secure attractive salary packages in reputed MNC's.
