Job Description
Title: Senior Oracle HCM Developer

Purpose:
 Our client is a leading manufacturer in the European FMCG industry
 In recent years the family-owned business has made big progress towards in its digital transformation
 Key success factors are newly acquired capabilities in digital technology (e.g. Software Dev., Cloud
Engineering etc.)
 As a result, the company has built and launched a cloud environment for various pilots of data-driven
IIoT applications
 The "Digital Engineering Centre" it will work in close partnership with the company's digital technology
innovation departments in Europe
 Plans are to grow this environment to 30-40 people in the upcoming years
Oracle HCM
 For this endeavor we are looking for a "Senior RPA Developer"
 The main purpose of the role is to develop process automations by means of low code solutions
(including RPA) and custom software modules

Responsibilities:
 Responsible for the design, development, testing and support of technical tasks in Oracle Cloud
 Technical Tasks include BI Publisher Reports/Integrations, Approval Workflows, Fast Formulas and HCM
Extracts
 Prepare and deliver technical workshops and engaging with business Stakeholders in requirements
gathering and business mapping
 Carry out unit testing on code and develop test plans to verify logic of new or modified code.
 Create appropriate documentation such as requirements, detailed analysis, technical documentation
or user guides
 Supporting internal customer’s technical solutions and resolving any issues/enhancements that may
occur
 Working with HR team in the development of new projects
 Participation in the development of proof of concepts
 Adherence to documented development standards and implementation of "best practice"
development methods
 Collaborate with Oracle Support to provide solutions as functional and technical bugs are encountered
 Bring your ideas to live: build and test and present ready to be released solutions to the organization
 Enable and guide local team members to deliver project results in quality, time and budget
 International collaboration and daily alignment with colleagues around the globe

Experience:
 3+ years of practical experience in Oracle HCM project implementation as a technical developer
 Completed at least 2 full HCM Oracle Cloud project implementations.
 Extensive Knowledge on underlying database structure for HCM Oracle Cloud
 Excellent Oracle technical skills with the ability to build complex Oracle components using PL/SQL and
SQL
 Extensively worked on BI Publisher reports, Migration and Workflow components
 Excellent Communication skills (written and oral) with good attention to detail in English
 Strong leadership skills and a dedication to achieving business outcomes and project deadlines
 Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, incorporate innovations, and stay up to date with industry and
business directions
 Proven experience in a customer facing role
 Experience working with an onshore/offshore delivery model
 Team player with demonstrable ownership of issues and ability to escalate when necessary

 Ability to operate successfully in a multi-tasked environment, with periods of pressure
 Flexibility when it comes to supporting new technologies
 Familiarity and understanding of rapid deployment methodologies

Mandatory Capabilities:
 Business process knowledge or functional experience within HCM
 Exposure to Oracle Cloud (Fusion) modules specifically with BI Publisher
 Experience in working with BI Publisher custom templates
 Experience in customising Oracle Cloud (Fusion) seeded reports
 Experience in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) approval workflow
 Experience in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Fast Formulas
 Experience building web services
 Familiarity working with the Atlassian suite of products, alongside SVN and Redgate
 Structured, self-driven and goal-oriented approach in working
 Touch points with Agile Project Management methods (e.g. SCRUM)
 Strong communication and team working skills
 Fluent in English

Beneficial Capabilities:
 Experience in Oracle JDE
 Scrum Master Certification

Background:
 Computer science-related studies
 MBA or MSc preferred but not mandatory
 International experience
