NOTICE OF TENDER
The Government of Malaysia has appointed Mass Rapid Transit Corporation Sdn Bhd (MRT Corp.) as the project developer and asset owner for the delivery of a fully commissioned metro rail system known as Projek Mass Rapid Transit
Laluan 3: Laluan Lingkaran (MRT3).
The Laluan Lingkaran (MRT3) is the critical final piece to complete Kuala Lumpur’s urban rail network. Its alignment will run along the perimeter of the city of Kuala Lumpur. It will be connected to existing MRT, LRT, KTM and Monorail lines through
10 interchange stations. Once completed, the transit network will further encourage public transport usage in Kuala Lumpur.
MRT Corp. wishes to invite prospective Tenderers to participate in the tender for the work packages stated in the table below.

The tender submission date for Tender CMC301 will be on Tuesday, 30 August 2022 and for Tender CMC302 and CMC303 will be on Tuesday, 2 August 2022. All submissions must be submitted no later than 12:00 noon. Late submissions
will be disqualified.
Note:
1. Tenderers are allowed to form a JV/Consortium consisting of not more than 3 (three) companies.
2. A Tenderer is allowed to submit one (1) tender submission only for each of the above packages, either as a single entity or as a JV/Consortium partner. A Tenderer found participating in more than one (1) tender submission in each package shall
have all its tender submissions automatically disqualified.
3. Tenderers participating as a JV/Consortium must submit the JV or Consortium Agreement together with their tenders. The agreement must clearly state the leading partner, equity participation of all the members and
a “Jointly and Severally Liable” clause by all members of the JV/Consortium. Tenderers are not allowed to change its JV/Consortium Partners after the tender closing date.
