My name is Nur Ayunie Najlaa Binti Mahamad Napi, and I am a final semester student at
UiTM Kelantan Campus Kota Bharu. This paper details my internship at Aura SNR Empire. I
began my internship programme on March 10, 2022, and will end on August 22, 2022. I am
now finishing my industrial training at Aura SNR Empire.
Special thanks to Mr. Syahrul Nizam, the manager at Aura SNR Empire for giving me an
opportunity to do my training for 24 weeks at here. I gained many experiences as a real
employee and got a new knowledge about business. Thank you to Puan Aida Hartini, the
CEO of the company for the kind treatment during my internship here.
This report is organised into seven sections: introduction, student profile, company profile,
training reflection, the firm's SWOT analysis, discussion, suggestions, and conclusion. This
report provides an overview of my internship experience at the firm. During my 6-month
internship, I was tasked with promoting the Zafesha Simply product to the community. I
spent my time learning how to expand and market a business that needed to be done, and
this experience will most likely be valuable to me in the future. Industrial training helps
people acquire skills and procedures that are directly relevant to their aims.

First and foremost, I would like to thank Almighty Allah, Lord of the Universe, for blessing
me with the blessing, confidence, bravery, and capacity to fulfil my responsibilities as a final
semester student and complete the internship programme as well as the internship report on
time despite numerous difficulties. His final Prophet and Messenger Muhammad, the
ultimate human role model, is blessed with peace and blessings.

collaboration and support in making this report. Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to
my internship supervisors and advisers, Encik Syahrul Nizam, Sir Rustam Shaari, and Sir
Jais Atan, for their unpaid generosity and passionate assistance throughout my internship
programme. It was quite beneficial to have their assistance in clarifying things for me so that
I could complete my report. They kept me on track to complete this report, and their thoughts
and critiques were invaluable in making this report as faultless as possible.
Furthermore, I must express my gratitude to Mr. Syahrul Nizam, the owner of Aura SNR
Empire, who warmly accepted my internship programme at Aura SNR Empire. He was always
eager to devote time to me and share his practical knowledge. I would also want to offer my

employment experience wonderful. Employees at this firm supported me in gaining more

3.5 BACKGROUND OF THE ESTASBLISHMENT
Aura SNR Empire was formed in 2017 at the home of the business owner, who had
only recently become a Zafesha Simply agent. He operates this business with his loving
wife, Puan Aida Hartini, and they do everything themselves, from accepting orders from
consumers to blasting clients, completing purchases on WhatsApp, packaging shipments,
and mailing them to customers. Customers who reside close will also be able to use the
COD service that they provide. Customers, on the other hand, came to their residence to
pick up the merchandise. They were only an agent working from home in Kedah for two
years till their business flourished and the founder promoted them to grand leader. As a
result, they planned to establish the firm in 2019 by recruiting a few people and operating
from an office. The office is located in Mulong and is open 8 hours a day. Working days are
roughly six days each week. They decided to shift after a few years, in 2022, in order to
develop their business, and they selected a suitable position along the main road in front of
Mydin Mall Tunjung, Kota Bharu. This is a strategic location because it is easily accessible to
customers.

Last but not least, Aura SNR Empire stands for the business owner's name, SNR,
which stands for ShahrulNizam Roslan, and Aura is a fantastic environment that may
influence or excite. This would encourage the business owner to grow the company.

4.5 TASK
The first thing I need to do is make or construct a poster of the product. Every month,
there is a discount, thus I need to make a poster based on the amount of the discount.
This is the first thing I must do before creating an advertising. Following the creation of a
poster, I must develop an advertisement for my Facebook Page as well as copywriting
for the uploading caption. Aside from that, I need to employ advertising manager to
enhance advertisements on my Facebook Page. Aside from the Facebook page, I need
to develop a website to sell the goods.

4.6 ASSIGNMENT
During my internship at Aura SNR Empire, I was assigned to create a Facebook Page and
make an advertisement on the Facebook to attract more customers. I also was assigned to
control the business manager so that the budget was not too expensive. Other than that, I
need to edit the poster to post it on Facebook. Lastly, I also need to close sales with the online
customers. I learned how to deal with the customers start from the first conversation until they
bought the product.
Commission: Based on the sales that I make for the month. One box equal to RM5. For
example, the commission I got on June was RM 335 and the total box is 67 boxes.
Experiences: Learn how to interact with customers wisely and manage how to work under marketing
department
Knowledge: For knowledge, I can learn about the real working environment of the industry,
how to use advertising applications on the Facebook platform, and the complete job scope
that has been allocated to me.

STRENGTH
1. LOYAL CUSTOMERS
Customer loyalty is defined as a continual emotional link between you and your
customer, as seen by a customer's propensity to engage with and regularly purchase from
you in comparison to your competition. Loyalty is a result of a pleasant consumer experience
with you, and it helps to build trust. First and foremost, Aura SNR Empire's greatest asset is
its dedicated client base. Brands are very important in the consumer industry. As I can see,
based on my experience as a salesperson for this firm, I have many existing customers that
use this product. That signifies the product has already gained customer confidence and has
a brand in the market. They operate as a point of contact between customers and
businesses, and customers may develop brand loyalty as a result. According to the findings
of this study, almost every business relies on repeat purchases and keeping current
consumers satisfied. Customers that are loyal to your company and brand are better for your
bottom line, according to data. According to Marketing Metrics, the possibility of selling to an
existing client is up to 14 times than that selling to a new customer. (Rioux, 2020).

2. WIDE RANGE OF PRODUCT
A product range refers to variants of a single product that are created in order to generate
goods that are comparable yet unique. Each version of the product is designed to appeal to a
distinct market niche in order to maximize sales and expand the client base.
As for the recommendation, the company also can try to produce more variety of products.
This is because, based on my experienced in handling customers, there were a certain
customer that asking product for body. For example, fragrance for body, body mist and many
more. Customers will be more inclined to return and shop with us as a result. The company
must ensure this, and a diverse selection of products is one method for doing so. The demand
for bath and body product were increase nowadays. People desire variety, they want to
conduct their homework and feel as if they have viewed a wide selection of things and made
an informed decision before purchasing. (Mr. McMillan, 2021).

WEAKNESESS
1. GROWING SATURATION
For the recommendation, I recommend to the company should try to lower the price,
so the customers will not fall for other products. According to (MasterClass, 2022) lowering
prices encourages sales after market saturation causes a decline in sales. This encourages
customers to switch out any outdated, useless products with more recent, less expensive
options. In order to stay competitive in oversaturated marketplaces, businesses frequently
participate in price wars—decreasing prices in response to one another price reductions. I
also recommend company to diversification their product. This is because according to
(MasterClass, 2022) companies can avoid market saturation by developing a new business
model and expanding into new markets. Rather of focusing on the slow growth of their first
target market saturation, they may begin expanding their market share in other areas by
focusing on new product development.

2. LACK IN ADVERTISING
As for recommendations, I would advise the firm to enhance their advertising technique
by advertising and promoting their goods on all social media platforms such as Instagram,
TikTok, Shopee, and others. They should not only focus on Facebook and try to use other
social media. According to (SociallyBuzz, 2022) businesses may utilize social media
advertising to raise brand recognition, acquire new consumers, and expand their client base.
Social media advertising is a type of online advertising that allows you to reach out to
prospects and consumers through social media platforms. It might include adverts on your
favorite social media site, such as Facebook or Twitter, or it can take the shape of a
sponsored post from an influencer who has a Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, or Twitter
account.
I also recommend the company to studies all the policy of the media social like Facebook
to prevent getting restricted. According to (LINCHPIN, 2022) general data protection
regulation (GDPR) rules are not going away. We may expect more of this type of legislation
throughout the world. Since a website may attract users from any nation, you must be aware
of any laws that may attach to a population in your target group. Check the cookie, data
sharing, and privacy policies of your website. Consider compliance while storing data, for
example. GDPR, for example, limits the amount of time you may store visitor data.

OPPORTUNITIES
1. COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE
Next, the opportunities that I observed that Aura SNR Empire have competitive
advantage with the competitor. The advantages for this company are the location of this
company more strategic compare to the others competitors. Based on my observation, we
received many customers bought the product at our physical store. Besides, our leader and
teams already familiar among the customers because they are active in making
advertisement on Facebook. That will give an opportunity to the company to gain more
customers. According to (Chaohsien Lee1, 2022) competitive advantage and core
competency are an organization's unique qualities and assets that enable it to deliver value
products or services to clients, providing it a competitive edge in the market over rivals.
Furthermore, one of the primary goals of corporate strategy is to figure out how to get a
competitive edge.
As for the recommendation, Aura SNR Empire should always take the opportunities. This
is because, they got many advantages than the other competitors. The company should raise
a stronger bonding between the leader and employees. This bonding will improve the
organization in the future and become one step forward collate to other competitors. Other
than that, Aura Snr Empire should always do a research of their competitors. So that, they will
always one step forward from their competitors. We are constantly looking for chances for
expansion while keeping an eye on our rivals, and this is where a good competition analysis
can help. A competition analysis seeks to evaluate your competitors strengths and
shortcomings in comparison to your own, as well as to detect a market gap. (LLOYD, 2021)

2. Change in consumer behavior
Second opportunity Aura SNR Empire can grab is by notice the change in customers
behavior. The percentage of women who wear cosmetics on a daily basis has grown among
the millennial generation. People are eager to experiment with different appearances and pay
extensively in branded cosmetics as internet shopping grows. This is a massive potential for
cosmetics firms. According to (Chand, 2020) Consumer behavior changes throughout time.
It varies over time depending on the nature of the things. Purchase behavior can change as
a result of a range of factors, including an increase in money, education level, and marketing
effects. Aside from that, individuals have been impacted by the disease, and certain sectors
have been irreversibly altered, according to (Member, 2022). Forecasting new consumer
behavior patterns in 2022 is therefore helpful so that your organization may reap the benefits
of these shifts and learn to adapt to customers' new expectations.
As for the recommendation, I recommend the company to study the change in consumer
behavior because this change will give an opportunity to gain more customers. As we can
see, nowadays mostly whether young or old people were taking a good care of their image
especially their face. They obsessed with skincare routine in order to make their face looks
glowing and stunning. In this situation, Zafesha were offered for those aged 30 and over,
therefore it is a fantastic opportunity to attract clients by knowing what they need and desire.
Many research on consumer buying behavior have highlighted personal factors such as age
and lifestyle stage, economic situation, job, lifestyle, personality, and self-concept as crucial
in understanding consumer behavior. It has also been acknowledged as a critical marketing
segmentation indication for businesses to satisfy the demands and desires of their clients.
As a result, marketers must constantly seek to comprehend the variances and similarities in
decision-making patterns. (Rajennd Muniady, 2021)

THREATS
1. NEGATIVE COMMENT
The first threat that I can observed at Aura SNR Empire is always got the negative
feedback from the customers. From my experience as the seller, I got the negative feedback
from particular customers that said Zafesha Product do not suitable and their skin become
more worst after using the product. Customers also give a negative comment on Facebook
and it will make others people read it and influence them to not buying the product.
According to (Morpus, 2022) the most interesting part of reviews is that most individuals are
hesitant to go to the effort of complimenting a company for a great experience. In most
situations, people only submit a review after they are dissatisfied with the service. It would be
good to obtain more customer ratings from people who do not have a vested interest in the
outcome, but that is not the society we live in.
For the recommendation, Aura Snr Empire cannot ignore the negativism. They should
respond to every comment, whether favorable or negative. Maintaining public relations is
essential for establishing a business and connecting with customers. As a company grows, it
might receive a lot of awareness on social media, which brings both fans and those who are
against a certain brand because of their history, experiences, and so on. Staying relevant as
a business on social media requires staying on track and maintaining boundaries while dealing
with people and their replies. According to (Morpus, 2022) because unfavorable customer
evaluations are an unavoidable aspect of conducting company, you must understand how to
deal with them. The incorrect reply can easily drive potential consumers away and into the
arms of your rivals, but the proper response demonstrates that your company is attentive
and flexible. Other than that, according to (Craciunescu, 2019) The majority of negative
comments on social media are complaints from dissatisfied consumers. So, the best course
of action is to admit the issue, apologies, and provide a remedy. It is never enough to simply
apologies; you must remedy the issue and follow up with the consumer to ensure that
everything has been resolved.

2. STRONG COMPETITION.
The scenario in which people or firms compete to outperform one another, for example,
by producing more sales in a market. Strong competition with the competitors also one of
threats to the Aura SNR Empire. Based on my observation, this company have a competitor
close to them. Even though, Aura SNR have a competitive advantage, but they still need to
compete them. Other than that, nowadays we can see that other competitors produce more
organic products. This will be challenges to the company because this company also sold an
organic product. This will increase the competitors to the Aura SNR Empire. Competitiveness
is an inherent feature of doing business. Businesses compete in almost every aspect of their
operations, including cost, quality, design, sales, and location. Many people complain about
it, while others learn from it and avoid it. Most individuals, however, are ignorant of the true
meaning of business competition, its nature, types, and even its relevance. (Pahwa, 2021)
As for the recommendation, Aura SNR Empire should understand the competition. To
understand the competitors, it is important to first examine the market. First, take a close look
at what your opponent is doing. Second, Aura SNR Empire should highlight their difference.
The corporation may utilize their differences to learn how to deal with commercial rivalry. After
conducting market research, determine what distinguishes them from the competitors.
Competitors will always strive to provide superior customer service, product quality, and
marketing. Buyers in healthy marketplaces will seek the finest solutions for their unique
demands. Differentiate their products in order to provide exceptional value to the consumer
they serve. According to (Freedman, 2022)

6.0 CONCLUSION
In conclusion, during my internship at Aura SNR Empire, I received invaluable
experience. In addition, the purpose of this research was to showcase Aura SNR Empire as a
firm that sells cosmetic products. It is also, in every section, I have previously discussed and
elaborated on the firm. For example, the company's origins, history, and the services provided
by Aura SNR. Also, over the 24 weeks I will be in the internship programmed, I will be able to
describe and outline the SWOT or strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats at AURA
SNR.
Internships are also an excellent method to set network with people in the sector. I
learnt a lot more than I thought. As my internship comes to an end and I think on all I
have learned, I realize what a fantastic experience I have had. I learnt a lot in university, but
having hands-on experience has been quite valuable. Internships are extremely valuable to
students. It helped me to better comprehend accountability, attention, drive, and ambition. I
had to be responsible for how to handle my own business since I have my own page for
advertisement, show there on time, maintain my word, and complete all of the tasks assigned
to me. In the actual world of business, I learned how to concentrate and work properly and
efficiently. Being motivated, focused, and never giving up is the only way to gain experience
and grow in the business.
