Hello everyone, my name is teacher Ilia, and I'm from Russia.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Business from RMIT University and a 150-hour TESOL
certificate.

I tutored Russian students in English online for a year, and I've been teaching
English in Language Centers and Secondary Schools for nearly 6 years now.

My teaching approach is based on the fact that every student has different learning
needs. It is my duty to figure out those needs and adjust my classes to what works
best for the students.
At the same time, rewarding them for good behaviour with fun extra activities to
engage the whole classroom.
