LIMITS OF ACCURACY (Upper Lower Bound)

1) The distance between Lahore and Islamabad is 400km +/- 5km. So the lower bound is 395km and the upper bound is 405km. 2) The time taken to travel between the cities is 5 hours +/- 0.5 hours. So the lower bound is 4.5 hours and the upper bound is 5.5 hours. 3) To find the upper bound of the speed, take the upper bound of the distance (405km) and divide it by the lower bound of the time (4.5 hours), which is 405/4.5 = 90km/hr.
