workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices; checks computer
hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality; installs and
configures appropriate hardware and software according to specifications and
functions; maintains records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule;
ensures security and privacy of networks and computer systems; identifies computer
or network equipment shortages and place orders; performs troubleshooting to
diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging); facilitates work
