materials when they are bent, pressed,

1st Quarter- Week 2-3

GUIDE CARD
Solid materials have definite shape and volume. They have different
characteristics/properties such as: size, shape, color, texture, and
weight. They can be changed by cutting, tearing, folding, twisting,
bending, stretching, pressing, coloring, crumpling, melting,
hammering and others. These actions may change the size, shape,
texture, color, and other characteristics/properties. When solid
materials are bent, pressed, hammered, cut, only the physical
appearance is changed. No new material is formed.
