Sensors measure temperature, light, moisture, and other values in an analog form. An ADC converts these values to digital form for the microprocessor to understand. The microprocessor compares the sensed values to preset normals and controls fans, heaters, lamps, water sprinklers, and other devices accordingly to maintain optimal conditions. For example, it turns fans on if temperature is too high and off if normal, and turns lamps on if light is too low and off if normal.

Answer:

INPUT: Change in the value of Temperature, Light and Moisture is sensed by the
sensors.

PROCESSING: After the values are changed to digital using ADC. Microprocessor
will compare the values sensed by sensors with the preset/normal values stored.

e.g IF temperature is more than normal/preset then turn ON Fans Else OFF

IF light is more than normal/preset value then turn ON lamps Else OFF

IF moisture is more than normal/preset value then turn OFF water sprinkler
Else ON

OUTPUT: Fans turn ON or OFF to maintain required temperature

Lamps turn ON or OFF to control level of light in the greenhouse

Water sprinklers turn ON or OFF to maintain moisture level
