1 Purpose of this Document
This document describes the Architecture Repository.
The Architecture Repository acts as a holding area for all architecture-related projects within the
enterprise. The repository allows projects to manage their deliverables, locate re-usable assets, and
publish outputs to stakeholders and other interested parties.

2 Architecture Framework
2.1 Overview
Our target is to improve PNU Banner system , so we have to start first with the problem then we
will describe how we will maximise benefits.

We will use TOGAF architecture framework .

3 Standards Information Base
Each business must follow to certain standards, thus we divided them into five groups. Although
there are numerous standards, we will only include one for each category.
3.1 Business standards
working from 8 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
3.2 Date standard
The users' information must be secure.
3.3 Application standard
each user can only view their own data.
3.4 Technology standards
all hardware and software tools must be simple for users to use.

4 Architecture Landscape
4.1 Strategic Architectures
It is a place of learning that seeks to create a generation that is educated in a variety of subjects and
conscious of its obligations. There are numerous procedures carried out within this organization, such as
adding and removing materials, changing specializations, etc..

4.2 Segment Architectures


The Department of Student Affairs is one of the departments of the university. It deals with all of the
issues that students have and offers them advice and solutions for issues like absences and majors more
generally

4.3 Capability Architectures


We can Use the application to address any issues the student affairs department may be having. Without
having to visit the campus, the student can converse. The application always displays the official working
hours and the level of personnel availability.

6.1 Decision Log
They changed the system from manual into automatic so they have less effort and it become easier to do
the tasks.

6.2 Compliance Assessments


The project's objective is to use the program more successfully in order to satisfy users.
Additionally, 10% of progress has already been made.

6.4 Calendar
The project will begin on January 14, 2023, with the primary phase ending on January 18, 2023. Phases A
and B will follow, taking two weeks to complete, followed by phases C, D, E, and F, which will take one
month to complete, and phase G, H, which will finish in one week. The entire project will be completed
on March 3, 2023.
