1.A subscriber can download his/her annual GPF statement from the following sites :
a)agkar.cag.gov.in/agogpf/
b)hrms.karnataka.gov.in/frmlogin1.aspx in DDO Login

2.Corrections to the annual accounts -

(i )The subscriber is requested to satisfy himself/herself as to the correctness of the statement and to bring
errors, if any, to the notice of the Accounts Officer.

(ii)The details of deductions in respect of the missing credits, if any, in your account may be furnished to
this office for necessary action.

(iii)If there are no deductions during the year or for certain months in a year, the subscriber may intimate
such circumstances to this Office immediately.

(iv). Kindly contact the phone number provided in the annual statement for any clarification on your GPF
account.

3.The subscribers approaching retirement should submit the GPF final withdrawal application two months
prior to retirement.

4.The subscribers on deputation shall furnish a copy of the challan supported by a statement showing
details of the Subscribers' names, their GPF account numbers, their monthly GPF subscription/refund
totaling to the total amount remitted to this Office.

5. While sanctioning Temporary Advances/Partial Final Withdrawals during the year, the TA/PFW sanctions
from April of the current financial year should be taken into account by the DDO to avoid overpayments.

6. GPF subscribers are required to file the hard copy of the nomination in SR along with an entry in HRMS.
A hard copy of the nomination is to be sent to this office for acceptance by the Accounts Officer.

7. The subscriber's/DDO's telephone numbers may be mentioned in all correspondences and PFW / FW
applications sent to this office.

8. Please ensure that your correct GPF account number with proper prefix and correct name is quoted in
the GPF schedules each month.

9. As per Rule 15(4) of KGPF Rules 2016, interest on final withdrawal is admissible only upto six months from
the date necessitating the payment.

complaint.
