1 Lesson Plan

The lesson plan is for a 5th form English class about modal verbs. It will last 45 minutes and involve various activities including brainstorming, discussion, reading, translation and exercises. Students will match modal verbs like can, may and must to pictures showing different emotions and situations. They will then make sentences using these modal verbs. The teacher will introduce the topic of modal verbs from the textbook and a related video. Students will write sentences or questions imagining a visit to the doctor's office.
