pressure and she will always work tiressly to ensure her good reputation continues to thrive
and develop within the local community . In her restaurant 6 employess working under her.
DEMONSTRATE THE GROWTH OF THE ENTREPRENEUR
I would say that my manager is a well certified entrepreneur. From being a women she
becoming a great women now in the business era and in the society too. Before starting up a
small business my manager learn some skills first. Firstly, it's important to constantly learn and
improve skills. My manager stay curious and seek out new information or resources that can
help her grow her business. She has been worked for 10 years in a restaurant. This gives her to
gain more experience to start a small business by her own. Creating a solid business plan and
setting achievable goals helps my manager stay focused and on track. Regularly reviewing
progress and making adjustments as needed is also important for growth. She always advice
me that we should have planning on what we are going to do when operates a small business.
The setting of the objectives is the duty of my manager all the time. To accomplish the
objectives, an action plan must be created. So my manager comes naturally and she taught by
her some other most big coaches from other industries in developing a plan of action and
creative abilities. You can use measures that assist enhance the processes and periodically check
your goals with the aim of certain software models. Focusing is simple if your objectives are
kept in mind. So overcome obstacles to achieve your goals. Your finest resource to assist you
create the ideal company strategy might be a mentor.
Apart from that my manager do her research on business. She said that you must conduct
market research while considering how to expand your small firm. You can better understand
both your current and future customers. It's crucial to obtain understanding of your target
market and be aware of their wants. You may then understand how your company might
develop and adapt to suit those demands. Remember to do some research on your competitors
as well. You may make more informed judgements about how to correctly grow your small
business by being aware of their strengths and drawbacks. Moreover, your sales funnel can
assist in expanding your business. Consider a sales funnel to be the path of a costumer. They
are at the top of the funnel when they enter your store or go to your website. They have
completed the funnel when they make a purchase or sign up for a service. In order to achieve
a sale, you should try to think of strategies to drive customers through the funnel. This might
involve giving them a discount or requesting their contact information so you can give them
details about your company. My manager advice that I have never been in social media about
my business so you can gain customers from here which is social media.
After that , Getting more customers for your business is not sufficient. You also need to
encourage repeat business from your current customers too. Building customer loyalty through
improved client retention may boost sales.1 We should put the needs of your customers first:
If you don't treat them well, they won't want to support your company. Making certain to solve
their issues and provide them with the greatest experience possible demonstrates your value as
a customers. She also mentions that we should keeps our promises to customers. Nobody
enjoys being ignored. If you promise a customer you'll get back to them with further details or
call them later, keep your word. Customers may have a negative view of your company if you
don't. Engaging customers on social media: Customers may contact your company on social
media with a query or to express comments, concerns, or pain points. It demonstrates that you
regard their opinions and take their worries seriously when you take the time to answer and
interact with them. Focusing on customers retention prevents your company from spending
money on things that aren't a sure investment because it costs five times as much to acquire
new consumers as it does to keep existing ones . You may employ a number of different tactics
to expand your small business, but it's crucial that you track which ones are most effective. For
instance, you may need to adjust your approach if you develop a customer loyalty programme
but discover that it does not increase customer retention. Perhaps it's acquiring a CRM and
regularly communicating with your clients, or communicating with them via an email
campaign or social media. Your business will be better prepared for future development if you
have motivated personnel who are committed to its success. Additionally, freeing up your time
and energy to concentrate on critical work will enable you to perform at your best and foster a
collaborative work environment. My manager always told me that we should hire the best
employees. The best employees will give the best for the manager.
Starting and developing a business entails a certain amount of risk. While nothing can be
completely controlled, there are several techniques to reduce internal and external risks to your
business and its expansion. Your company insurance provider is a crucial tool to assist you in
achieving this. "Small businesses need to manage their growth to avert disruptions that can
bring business to a grinding halt." Such as "theft of employee data, customer records, and
product designs can destroy a small business, generating significant costs and eroding customer
confidence and loyalty," he added. "Data breaches and other cyber damages are not often
covered by company owner policies. You could expand your operation and distribution
footprint, add furniture or other assets, develop new goods or services, or expand your small
business as it expands. Before that , Concentrating on offering top-notch customer service is a
terrific way to expand your company. You build a reputation for excellent customer service
when you go above and above, such as by providing discounts if a customer has a bad
experience or checking in to make sure a client was happy with your product or service. [Make
sure your customer care team has access to the greatest business phone system.]
Finally, it's important to take care of personal well-being. Maintaining a healthy work-life
balance and managing stress can help entrepreneurs stay focused and motivated.
ORGANIZE THE EMPLOYEE
By outlining each employee's specific function and duties inside the company. This will
guarantee that everyone is aware of their specialised responsibilities.
Review and Adjust Continuously: Regularly assess the success of your staff
organisation initiatives and make required corrections. Be open to making
improvements that enhance employees' overall experience and performance and get
input from them.
Leadership
My manager implemented Silver Bullet method in managing employees at restaurant. I get to
know the meaning of a silver bullet from my manager which is referred to the only successful
solution to a given problem or situation. As we all know managing employees is not easy as a
pie. My manager always will choose the best one for the restaurant and she consider those
people one of the most important person, just as valuable as restaurant’s brand, reputation, and
the goods or services offers. She even implemented some strategies in choosing employees
which is job description , start interviewing, some forms to get know about employees self and
giving some tasks too and to see whether they suitable or not for the restaurant.
I even like the way where she calmly handling the employees. By the way after choosing a
employee she will prepare for training course. In the training she make a list of items to cover
on the current employee , Ask what the employee knows and needs to know , Host training
sessions and look into educational opportunities. By getting and giving this kind of things to
an employee she able to get know more on the employee and teach them what they should
know more. Rather than that she loves to build relationship with employees. As a manager, she
always consider about her employee . One of her responsibilities is to regularly guide her staff
members and to provide them the challenges and chances they need to continue growing. She
also will get latest reports from employees twice a week. This will help her to know what
employees going through what their needs and what compliments on customers. She also will
always will having personal meeting with employee and manager . This made me and other
employees to feel so comfortable so that we can share anything with our manager without any
hesitation. By communicating to other employees she getting feedback from employees ,
Avoiding confusion and misunderstandings and she will try to fix the problems and improve
more in the business. My manager will celebrate birthdays for her employee its might not be
a big celebration but this means a lot to the employees from their manager. She will give some
gifts too to our employees. She always will reward employees by thanking them, giving gifts,
and buying foods. It is important to a manager to reward their employees because employee
engagement rises as a result of rewards and recognition, which also improves turnover and
fosters a happier workplace environment.
CULTURE
Why workplace culture is important. As we all know because it either supports or undermines
goals and culture is just as crucial as your business strategy. A healthy culture is important, to
every business. Due to the fact an organization's culture is what distinguishes it from others,
the personalities, attitudes, and ways in which people interact and relate to one another are what
draw the finest and brightest talent to a company. When we eventually had the chance to join a
team, we were immediately welcomed as a new team member and a plan was set up for you to
learn the job. But as time goes on, I've come to understand that workplace culture is always
shifting and that's how it should be in order to advance, and we all go by the tight policies and
guidelines of the business. GV CURRY HOUSE ’s organizational culture supports the
company’s industry positioning goals. GV CURRY HOUSE ’s uses its organizational culture
to attract customers and qualified employees. Moreover GV CURRY HOUSE build a high
performing organizational culture by emphasized employees wellness , grow from current
culture ,hire the right people , encourage positivity , foster workplace relationship and listens
more. MY manager is a good listener. She always ensure that our voices heard and help with
what the employees needs. Apart from that she improve employees loyalty, and work
performances.
People
If you treat people like people, they will be happier. My manager used to said this phrase to her
employees. The People and Culture approach is about managing a business's Human Resources by
putting the employee first. My manager is good at taking care of her employees. She wont be
hesitate to comminucate with her employees and help them when they need. She also will take care
of employees and will protect them in their health issues. She will give leaves for her employees who
in sick . She is a very generous and kind person. She also will motivate her employees by giving
motivate talks when they down .
PROPOSE AN EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT TEAM
An efficient management team is one that can function as a unit to accomplish shared
objectives. A team like this has to be able to communicate honestly and freely, have a
common vision, and adhere to certain ideals. Additionally, capable management teams should
be able to adjust to shifting conditions, work together to reach choices, and take responsibility
for their deeds. A competent management team should also be able to recognise and make use
of each team member's particular talents and abilities while also addressing any areas of
weakness. An successful management team may inspire others, set an example, and foster a
productive workplace that promotes learning and development.
Set expectations
Establish a code of conduct for the team to make sure that everyone is aware of what is
expected of them. Will there be regular, straightforward, honest, and open
communication? Will contributions be praised, recognised, and acknowledged? Will
disagreement be resolved in a positive manner? Will the opinions and judgements of
the team be respected? The appropriateness of each member's behaviour and
contributions will be ensured by establishing clear standards early on.
STRONG COOPERATION
For a strong cooperation between cowerkers at workplace teamwork must become part
of workplace culture. The leadership inside the company must endeavour to make
collaboration one of the core principles of the business in order for employees to
effectively cooperate. Employees need to see that the company's leadership collaborates
to achieve objectives. Additionally, teams must get public recognition from the
company's leadership when they successfully collaborate to accomplish their goals.
Leaders must create a culture where staff members are free to express their opinions in
order to enhance collaboration skills. To enhance team cooperation, the mission
statement must place a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. My manager
always will review individual’s talent of employees. Every employee's talents must be
considered by the organisation, and they must be put in situations where they can
contribute the most. Identifying each person's abilities and pairing them with coworkers
who will challenge and compliment them is crucial for team cooperation. The team will
produce outcomes that exceed your expectations when each team member excels at
what they do best.
COMMITMENT
When team members have a common vision and there is mutual trust between and
within groups, work teams are most successful. The three typical forms of team
commitment essential to success are dedication to team members, the work team, and
the organisation, "The Three Types of Team Commitment." Employee engagement on
all three levels is frequently a result of strong leadership and a common goal.
Employees that are committed to the team are more likely to pick up the slack for an
absent employee. Employees tend to refrain from accepting more work than they are
personally accountable to do in a workplace that places a greater emphasis on the
individual. However, dedicated team members understand that when the team's task is
completed properly and precisely, both the team and the organisation profit. This
encourages someone to finish a task that was started by a sluggish or absent worker
instead of leaving it undone.
EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION
Making connections with employees within your organisation and fostering an atmosphere
where everyone feels heard and included are key components of effective workplace
communication. It involves communicating in a way that enables your team to achieve its
objectives and advance. We should get a communicate device .Since at workplace all rich with
Whatsapp so all the will get along with other employees in the Whatsapp. Every project needs
a strong communication channel to keep everyone updated on its status. The transition to a
digital workplace is underway. As a result, you must spend money on essential communication
and productivity tools and software. They can exchange messages about the tasks and all
relevant information can be shared in the same place. Without effective channels for
communication in place, you'll find yourself wasting a lot of time on activities that won't
actually help you complete your tasks.
ABILITY TO MANAGE SUCCESS AND FAILURE
FAILURE
For business owners, failure is unavoidable. This might manifest as minor setbacks, like losing
a crucial business transaction to a rival, or major ones, like failing to pay the payroll. However,
the success of the top business people is not determined by their failures but rather by how they
respond to them. Being a successful entrepreneur requires the ability to navigate challenging
circumstances both inside and outside.
Finding customers
. Finding customers, however, may be a particularly challenging issue to solve for
small firms.
Hiring employees
Another major obstacle, particularly for small enterprises, is this. Hiring people is also
a costly and time-consuming operation. Additionally, staff turnover might be very
expensive in the event of a poor hire.
Ineffective leadership
If the individual in charge of the company has weak management abilities, the
enterprise may fail. This is so that they may see how the company as a whole is
represented to the staff, customers, and suppliers.
Be prepared
You are not required to develop comprehensive backup procedures for any kind of
failure. However, it is also crucial to psychologically prepare for failure and difficult
times. If you have high hopes that everything will go according to plan, then when
they don't, those challenging times will be harder than you anticipate.
