Write good Interview questions

Interview: Open-ended questions.

Example: This interview was conducted to analyze people's awareness about environmental
pollution and how recycling credit cards can reduce it.

1. Have you ever recycled anything?

● Never -> follow up question (Why don’t you recycle?)


● Yes -> follow up question (What materials do you recycle?), answers: plastic, paper...

2. Did you recycle your credit card before?

● Never -> follow up question (Why?), if the answer was because I do not know how
and when? follow up question (Will you recycle it if you knew how to do it?
● Yes -> follow up question (How do you hear about the recycling process)?

3. How can we engage people more in the recycling credit cards process? (Ask this
question to find new innovative methods), answers may be as follows: pay money for
recycled cards for example.

4. Do you think that environmental pollution may affect your personal health and
safety? (Ask this question to know if people have awareness about environmental pollution)
