Dear Candidates, Please go through the following instructions carefully. 1. Without admit card and a valid ID proof i.e PAN card/ Aadhar card/ Voter Id (any one), you will not be allowed entry into the exam centre. 2. You must report at the exam centre on the date and reporting time along with the admit card as mentioned above for the written test. The duration of the written test will be 01 hour 30 minutes which will be on OMR pattern. 3. Please affix your recent passport size (self attested) in the admit card in the space provided. 4. In case you have received more than one Call Letter, having different Roll numbers you should bring them to the Examination Centre and surrender all of them to the Room Invigilator. 5. Late comers will not be permitted to appear in the test. You should be present in the exam hall latest by 11:00 AM for the exam. You have to bring with you two good quality blue/black ballpoint pens for the test. 6. The candidates are not allowed to carry any papers, notes or books, calculators, mobile phones, scanning devices, alarm clocks, electronic/computerised devices etc. into the examination hall. Any candidates found in possession of such unauthorised material or indulging in copying or adopting unfair means is liable to be summarily disqualified in this test, as well in future tests. 7. You are required to follow the instructions given by the Room Invigilator failing which you will be disqualified in this test. 8. Your candidature for this test is PROVISIONAL and is subject to your fulfilling the prescribed Educational Qualification/ eligibility, matching of the photograph and other prescribed conditions for the post as notified, failing which your candidature will be summarily-rejected, at any stage. 9. Request for change of Test centre / Test time and address of correspondence will not be entertained under any circumstances. 10. Travelling Fare for out station SC/ST Candidates for attending Test : II Class sleeper train/ bus to and fro fare by shortest route will be reimbursed on production of Railway/Road Transport receipt,if the distance is more than 30 Kms each way. The blank TA forms will be made available at the WCL website, candidates are required to take its print, duly fill and enclose ticket, copy of passbook(front page) or cancelled cheque and deposit in box available at exam centre. Incomplete claim will not be considered. 11. After completion of the written test, you must visit the (Company) website on a regular basis for information about exam result and dates of document verification.
