PCCCS COFFEE SHOP
Introduction
Welcome to our MR coffee shop ! We are a vibrant and friendly café that specializes in
serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other delicious beverages and snacks. A cafe shop
website is an online platform that represents a cafe or coffee shop on the internet. It serves as
a digital storefront that showcases the cafe's products and services, menu offerings, opening
hours, location, and contact information. Our menu includes a wide variety of hot and cold
drinks, including specialty coffee drinks, tea, hot chocolate, and more. We also offer a range
of snacks and light bites, such as pastries, muffins, sandwiches, and salads.
A coffee shop website is an essential tool for any cafe or coffee shop owner who wants to
establish a strong online presence and attract more customers. With the increasing use of
technology in everyday life, more people are turning to the internet to search for businesses,
products, and services. Having a well-designed and user-friendly cafe shop website can help
a cafe stand out in the crowded marketplace, provide a positive user experience, and increase
customer loyalty.
Problem statement:-
One of the major problems with coffee shop websites is that they can often be difficult to
navigate and use. Customers may have trouble finding important information such as the
cafe's location, hours of operation, and menu offerings. The website may be cluttered with
unnecessary features, making it challenging to find the information customers need. Another
problem is that some coffee shop websites may not be mobile-friendly, making it challenging
for customers to access the website on their smartphones or tablets. This can be a significant
issue, as more and more people are using their mobile devices to search for and order food
online.
Finally, some coffee shop websites may not have a clear call-to-action, making it difficult for
customers to know how to place an order, make a reservation, or contact the cafe. This can
lead to frustration and lost business opportunities for the cafe.
1. Increase online visibility and brand awareness: The website should be optimized for
search engines to help potential customers find the cafe more easily.
2. Drive foot traffic and sales: The website should provide visitors with a clear
understanding of the coffee menu, location, hours of operation, and ambiance.
3. Improve customer experience: The website should offer a seamless online experience,
with intuitive navigation, clear calls-to-action, and easy-to-use online ordering and
reservation systems.
4. Build customer loyalty: The website can also serve as a platform for engaging with
customers, collecting feedback, and promoting events or special offers.
Project scope:-
System provides a simple interface that would enable owner, manager and customer to
navigate and use features.
Owner can:
1. Manage Customer details, Employee details and Coffee Ingredients stock/quantity.
2. Modify prices of items.
3. Visual view of sales for any particular day.
Limitation:-
Before starting the project we have to study its limitations and objective some of them are:-
➢All the processes of this management are done manually in the form of paper work and the
records are stored in the registers. In such cases there are frequent chances of data
redundancy and data is ease to lose.
➢All the introductions related to the customer and others printed on the papers, this activity
generates the chances of data lost.
➢All the bills structures are done by hand written; sometimes it produces mistakes in
calculation.
➢This system is very time consuming and require loss of manpower.

system enabling effective management of the customer details thereby improving the
performance of SHOP ADMINISTRTION.

management ➢ Determine the potential of the existing system.

customers can access the website easily on their phones or tablets.

allowing customers to follow them and stay updated on their latest offerings, events, and
promotions.
Stakeholders:-
