A client commissioned you to plan a 12 units 1-storey row house with loft residential located inside a known subdivision in Cavite, Philippines. RUBRICS FOR Architectural Design 2 A residential row house is to be built in a four hundred eighty (480) square meter rectangular lot. (10m x 48m). The project will have a total floor area of thirty-three (33) sq.m. DESIGN CONCEPT :10% each unit. 5.5 meters high, 6.7 meters in length common wall is provided between the units. Each unit will have a building SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN :15% footprint of twenty-two (22) sq.m. TRAFFIC CIRCULATION, SEGREGATION, ZOING OR AREAS, Project Site Features: LANDSCAPING The property is a corner-through lot with 48-meter length lot line that is adjacent to a 6-meter RROW. The lot slopes FLOOR PLAN: 35% uniformly at 2% towards the RROW facing front.
