Admin Hearing 05-2023
The Admin Hearing started around 9:00 in the morning after the shift of the Production Personnel. It was
attended by the names mentioned above. The subject was presented and started to ask them one by one about
what happened. Prior to the hearing we issued an Incident report letter for them to explain. Each of the
Production Personnel stated their reasons.
We have checked on all the details from the production process, back-up stocks and most specially the
customers that needed to be prioritize. They mentioned that they maintain all of the requirements needed by the
customers however in some cases they also consider the top priority customers.
In relation to the issue of Yayoi, they mentioned that they prioritized its orders despite of the bulk orders from
other customers. They prioritize Yayoi’s order on that day and they did not anticipate another order. It came
from fresh cut chicken stock from the storage. The only fault that the Production Personnel did was they were
not able to communicate well that the said products are freshly delivered.
They also mentioned that if the products did not meet the requirements during the actual delivery to Yayoi, the
customer should have declined in receiving the said items being returned so that the Delivery Personnel initiated
a Return Report. Based on the Delivery Personnel, he mentioned that all products are being checked by the
management of Yayoi before they will accept it.
The said issue was only brought out after they received the products and it was reported days after it was
received.
Mr. Bauzon explained the things needed to maintain specially the temperature needed by the Chicken Products.
He also reminded them about the possible mis handling of the products.
The hearing ended peacefully as things have been cleared and everyone was reminded about their tasks. The
hearing was adjourned around 10:00 AM.
