Abstract
In nowadays's business world, there are many car rental companies. However, some users have
difficulty renting a car because they always have to come to the company to fill in data and rent a car.
Therefore, by utilizing technology that is increasingly advanced today, especially for cell phones, which
are used by almost all people in the world. Cell phone technology is also developing from time to time.
To develop or create a new application, developers usually use the Scrum Method. Scrum is a method
for solving a problem. Scrum itself uses an approach from another method, namely Agile. Car Rent is
made to make it easier for users to rent or rent a car online and can book for a long time. But in reality,
Car Rent is still in the design. Therefore, the making of the Car Rent Application is still a framework
that uses the Scrum Method. Based on the observations of researchers about user needs in the Car Rent
application, it consists of several features, namely booking, returns and cancellations.

Abstract
Pop Resto is a business engaged in the culinary field. Pop Resto already uses a delivery system through
Gofood, it's just that during the monthly cash recap for profit sharing, there are often price changes that
are detrimental to the restaurant. And currently still using manual methods for ordering food and drinks
where customers come to the cashier to order food and drinks. Some customers directly choose the food
provided before going to the cashier to record how many total transactions before processing in the
kitchen. Pop Resto has relatively crowded visitors on holidays such as weekends and red dates,
especially when some events or events are ongoing there will be many visitors coming, the service will
look bad if all waiters are busy serving and make customers who have just arrived feel neglected. The
solution to the existing problems is made, it is hoped that the ordering media in the form of an
application can be a solution to overcome shortcomings and be able to mediate both the ordering process
and product delivery. The method used is a prototype and system design using the scrum method. So it
can be concluded that the tests produced as a whole have good results.

Abstract
Most of the time, a devastating structure failure is due to the neglecting the presence of minor faults in
a structure. Thus, being able to detect these minor faults as soon as possible is crucial. Especially, since
the structure failures often bring major asset loss or even pose safety risks. This paper proposes a novel
idea of fault detection algorithm based on the Regression Tree (RT) algorithm from the decision tree
learning and the distance correlation, which is the nonlinear version of Pearson’s correlation, to reduce
the number of sensors without significantly decreasing the model predictive accuracy and the fault
diagnosis capability. A numerical validation on an experimental dataset provided by the Los Alamos
National Laboratory (LANL) with MATLAB software shows that the proposed algorithm has a
comparable model predictive accuracy to the classical RT while requiring a smaller number of sensors
(5 instead of 24) and more robust in detecting faults with false negative and positive rates < 15%.
Furthermore, we demonstrate that our proposed algorithm runs about 4 times faster than the classical
RT on an experimental dataset with 4096 samples on an 8-core, 16 GB RAM machine. In a real-life
setup, the proposed algorithm can be used to provide a sensor installment plan on a structure. Such that,
the user can still monitor the presence of a fault inside a building precisely, but with a cheaper
maintenance cost.

Abstract
Purpose: This study aims to cluster countries according to the logistics performance index 2018 data.
Methodology/approach: Three clustering algorithms (i.e., k-means, k-medoids, and clustering large
applications) are used. To obtain the optimal number of clusters, the elbow method is used. This
research employs R, a programming language for statistical computing and graphics. It is motivated by
the recognition of R in the field of statistics, data mining, and machine learning; and also, by the aid of
its well-established clustering packages.
Results/findings: According to the elbow method, the optimal cluster is three for those three clustering
algorithms. The centres (or medoids) for each cluster are presented. The cluster membership for each
algorithm is also presented. The countries belong to the first cluster are considered the best performers,
while in the third cluster is the worst performance in terms of logistics performance. This study also
shows how to interpret the result.
Limitations: This study only uses and compares three clustering algorithms; hence, in the future, it
might be interesting to add more clustering algorithm. In addition, only the logistics performance index
2018 data is used; therefore, it is of interest to also use previous data to investigate whether countries
belong to the same cluster or not.
Contribution: This study is expected to give an insight about how to implement clustering algorithms
into the real-world data set and how to interpret the results. Since this study uses R, it is also intended
to assist researchers who have programming skills in R but have little experience in clustering data.
Novelty: It might be the first research to cluster countries according to the logistics performance index.

Abstract
In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the learning process cannot be done face-to-face.
One alternative that can be done is the Distance Learning Programme. Learning content that is
accessed online on an e-learning system, allows students to view and access the instructor via
a web browser on a laptop, personal computer, or other mobile services. In supporting an
effective and efficient learning process, the e-learning system requires a reliable infrastructure
that can be accessed by many users at the same time. Build reliable infrastructure that can
handle high workloads, maintenance, and costs. In overcoming this problem, Cloud Computing
can be used. It operates on an Internet network and features virtualization, grid computing,
autonomous computing, and utilities, with a pay-go-use model in which the client pays for
resources that are served or used only. One of the cloud service providers is Amazon Web
Service. This service can create a web server to implement high-availability e-learning which
is supported by the EC2 Auto Scaling Instance feature, Elastic Load Balancer, Elastic File
System, VPC, Database, and configuration can be done automatically with Cloud Formation

Abstract
Technology has developed rapidly and requires several organizations or agencies to carry out digital
transformation and innovation, especially government agencies such as the DPRD. Public Relations is
one part of the agency in charge of documenting all activities within the organization. Previously,
documentation was done manually and kept by specific individuals. This method is ineffective and
often results in loss or redundancy of data, making it difficult for journalists to obtain information to
publish. With the existence of an activity documentation system software, public relations can store all
activity documentation wholly and neatly. In addition, this software will make it easier for public
relations to share information with journalists. The methodology used in software development is the
scrum methodology. Scrum consists of five stages: product backlog, sprint backlog planning, daily
scrum, sprint backlog review, and retrospective sprint backlog. The result of this study is a software
system for documenting DPRD activities to assist and facilitate public relations in storing the results of
activity documentation and distributing them to journalists.

Abstract
Realizing the importance of the server function as the primary source of information and services in a
business cycle, it is crucial to ensure that the server has a good level of reliability and accessibility. The
high traffic on the network does not rule out the possibility of software or physical failures that cause
the server to temporarily down. The server cluster concept is currently a better cost-effective alternative
than having to provide a single server with high specifications. However, server clusters must also be
balanced with a balance of services between clusters to guarantee server reliability. This study proposed
a load balancing concept on server clusters using a dynamic load balancing mechanism called cluster-
based load balancing (CLB) server. Three test scenarios have been carried out to evaluate the CLB
server's effectiveness, and the results show that the CLB server provides an increase in data access,
reaching 196.38%, and a reduction in transaction response time, reaching 66.04% better than a single
server.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of content, accuracy,
format, ease of use, and timeliness on the satisfaction of Zoom users and to find out whether
there was an effect on the satisfaction level of using the Zoom application on academic scores.
The method used in this study is End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS), which consists of
five factors: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. The user satisfaction
analysis of the zoom application shows that the content (X1) and ease of use (X4) variables
affect user satisfaction. In contrast, the accuracy (X2), format (X3), and timeliness (X5) do not
affect user satisfaction. Then, based on the hypothesis that the satisfaction of using the zoom
application on academic grades, the result is 13%, meaning that student satisfaction in using
zoom does not contribute to academic grades. Meanwhile, based on the results of the
simultaneous analysis, it shows that the content (X1), accuracy (X2), format (X3), ease of use

Abstract
SPADA is an abbreviation of the website-based Online Learning System which was inaugurated on
October 9, 2014. The problem of this research was raised from the responses of respondents regarding
the SPADA Dikti website which according to them is still not suitable for needs and is not yet easy to
use. The purpose of this study was to measure the quality of user experience from the SPADA e-learning
website, as well as to find out which scale provides the best quality user experience on the current
SPADA Dikti website and which scale needs to be considered if further website development will be
carried out. This study uses the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method which consists of 6
variables, namely attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. Data
was collected using a questionnaire distributed online using a google form to users who are students
who are members of the Independent Student Exchange program. Then the respondent's data will be
analyzed using UEQ data analysis tools. The results of the analysis show that the scale in the below
average category is on the attractiveness scale with a score of 0.99. Perspicuity scale with a score of
1.08. Efficiency scale with a score of 0.84. Dependability scale with a score of 0.89. Novelty score with
a score of 0.64. While the category above average is owned by the stimulation scale with a score of
1.05. It is hoped that this research can help become a reference in improving the SPADA e-learning
website.
Abstract
The use of Google Maps in the modern era is currently very much needed, many Map applications to
be developed into features such as mapping. Geographic Information System (GIS) technology can be
applied to make the mapping with the aim of helping provide location information, mapping or assisting
decision making, for example in the case of fresh vegetable sellers where sellers can display their
products through an online website and can be seen by everyone including within the scope of
Mojokerto so that sellers and buyers can get benefits such as checking products online and getting
information on the location of sellers around. The results of the system are carried out using the
BlackBox method which tests every feature of the system by getting a test result of 85.45% which
means that the system can be used properly.
Abstract
Motorcycle theft is a crime that always increases every year, locking the motorcycle handlebars is not
safe because the current lock-breaking techniques vary. With this incident, it is necessary to improve
the motorcycle security system.
In this study, a motorcycle security system was created using voice recognition that was integrated with
a helmet. This study designs a security system for motorcycles using an Arduino nano microcontroller.
Broadly speaking, the system design consists of voice recognition as access to turn on a motorcycle that
is implanted in a helmet, NRF24l01 module for wireless .communication between voice recognition as
transmitter embedded in the helmet and a receiver embedded in the motor, a relay module to turn on
the ignition and turn on the motor, and OLED to display information.
Based on the results of the analysis and testing that has been done, it is concluded that the motorcycle
security system can work well, this tool can turn on the ignition and the motorcycle using a voice code
that has been set on the voice recognition and can display information on the condition of the motorcycle
so as to minimize crime. motorcycle theft. The prototype accuracy rate is 85% and the sound is more
sensitive in quiet conditions.
Abstract
Toxic online material has emerged as a significant issue in contemporary society as a result of the
exponential increase in internet usage by individuals from all walks of life, including those with varied
cultural and educational backgrounds. Automatic identification of damaging text offers a problem
because it needs to differentiate between disrespectful language and hate speech. In this paper, we
provide a technique for automatically categorizing literature into the categories of hateful and non-
hateful. This study discusses the difficulty of automatically identifying hate speech. It is examined how
machine learning and natural language processing may be combined in various ways. Following that,
the experiment results are contrasted in terms of how well they apply to this project. When we examine
the models under consideration and fine-tune the model that produces the greatest performance
accuracy after testing it against test data, we get a 94% accuracy rate.

Abstract
Indonesia is one of the countries that often experience disasters in the form of floods, earthquakes,
landslides, and so on. These disasters often cause disaster victims, both dead and missing. In addition,
these disasters often destroy essential infrastructure for the community, such as schools, buildings,
houses, and others. For example, one of the most critical infrastructures for the community is access to
transportation. Transportation that is not supported by adequate road and bridge access will result in
hampered aid to victims of natural disasters. Moreover, bridges that collapse due to natural disasters
will cripple the region's economy. The importance of this bridge access requires a tool that can describe
a bridge's resilience and strength. So if the strength of the bridge decrease, then corrective action will
be taken immediately.
In this research, a system will be created that can measure the bridge's strength from the vibration load
received by the bridge. This system will be made using a vibration sensor, the ADXL335 accelerometer.
This sensor will measure the vibration on a miniature bridge where the vibration is created using a DC
motor which is weighted on one side of the rotor. This sensor will be read by a microcontroller with an
Arduino type. This measurement will be compared with the Benetech GM63A type vibration meter.
The results show that the measurement of this system produces a measurement error of 2.97%. From
this, it can be known that the system is good as a vibration measurement tool on a real steel truss bridge.
Abstract
Disasters that occur in Indonesia are increasing day by day. According to data compiled from BNPB, it
can be seen that disasters occurred in Indonesia from the period of January 1 to August 5, 2021; as many
as 1677 natural disasters occurred in Indonesia. These disasters include floods, landslides, tornadoes,
and earthquakes. These natural disasters took many victims of the disaster. In addition, the natural
disasters that occurred destroyed the existing infrastructure in the area. Various damage to infrastructure
has paralyzed the lives of residents in the area. This will be worse if the bridge is damaged because the
transportation access point will be cut off. Therefore, this research will create a system to check the
strength of a bridge that has a steel frame. This examination is carried out by measuring the deflection
of the bridge frame, and the results are displayed through the LCD. This system measures a frame
deflection by utilizing a strain gauge sensor. This measurement will be compared with measurements
using the actual deflection measuring instrument, LVDT. The results show that this system's
measurements produce a measurement error of 3.79%. In conclusion, this study shows that the system
is quite good as a measuring instrument for deflection on a real steel truss bridge.
