reserves the right to forfeit your booking and payment.

The travel policies may change from time to time and it is your responsibility to ensure that you meet all the current requirements.
PinoyTravel and/or this Bus company shall not be liable for any damages and/or inconveniences due to these changes and your
booking may not qualify for a refund or rebooking.
Please follow the minimum health standards set by the government such as physical distancing, wearing of face masks, and hand
sanitization, for your and other passengers’ safety.
Check in at the counter of your designated bus terminal sixty (60) minutes before your departure time. There is a mandatory triage
at the Bus terminal in Cubao. Please prepare all the required documents to be presented at the triage desk. For late check-ins, the Bus
Company reserves the right to reassign your seats to other passengers and forfeit your booking.
Each passenger may carry 2 small-sized bags that will fit in the overhead compartment or under the seats for free. Excess may be
subject to fees and the cost to be determined upon check-in.

REBOOKING is subject to approval, and seat availability. Place your rebooking request at https://www.pinoytravel.com.ph/manage no
less than 48 hours before the original trip schedule. The new trip date must be no less than 48 hours and no more than 3 months from
the original trip date and has to be on the same route and same passengers (no split rebooking). Fare difference due to a service class
downgrade is non-refundable. Fare difference due to service class upgrade should be settled. There is a P100 rebooking processing
fee per request and per travel voucher payable to Pinoytravel before we release the updated travel voucher. Payments for the
rebooking fee must be paid before the Current Trip Schedule to finalize your New rebooking schedule. The rebooking processing fee is
WAIVED when the trip is canceled by PinoyTravel or the Bus company.
REFUND is subject to approval and is applicable for the whole reservation; partial refunds and split refunds are not allowed. Place your
refund request at https://www.pinoytravel.com.ph/manage no less than 48 hours before your trip schedule. Service Fee and Payment
Gateway fees, Credit Card, and other administrative fees are not refundable. A refund processing fee of P100.00 per travel voucher will
be deducted from your total refundable amount.
NO-SHOW:If a Passenger is a NO-SHOW, the issued ticket/s shall be considered used/sold and non-refundable.
NO-SHOW Reservations can be rebooked upon validation that the Ticket has not been used. Validation is scheduled every Wednesday
to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM Only. Once validated, you will be instructed to proceed to the terminal to process your rebooking request
with a 20% Penalty from the Base Fare. Rebooking dates are valid only for a period of three (3) months from the date of the trip
indicated on the canceled ticket and are subject to the availability of seats. Rebooking dates during holidays and peak dates due to
events at the intended destination shall be made at least one (1) week and is subject to the availability of seats.
