I. OBJECTIVES
Content Standard
Demonstrate understanding in practicing occupational health and safety procedures in bread and pastry
Performance Standard
The learners independently practice occupational health and safety procedures in bread and pastry.
I. Objectives
1. Identify hazards and risks.
2. Describe workplace hazards and risks.
3. Determine hazards and risk and corresponding indicators.
A.Preparation

b. Review
FACT OR BLUFF
Maintaining and storing tools and equipment
1.store tools in a clean wet storage area
(BLUFF, Dry)
2.Have a designated place for each kind of tools (FACT)
3. Cutting boards should be stored Horizontally to avoid moisture
collection.( BLUFF, Vertically)
4. Label the storage cabinet or place correctly for immediate finding.

5. Gather and secure electrical cords to prevent entanglement or snagging.
(FACT)
c. Motivation Game: ‘’Picture Puzzle’’
Mechanics:
1. The teacher will call five (3) groups of students with two (2)
members each group.
2. Each of the grouped students will be assigned to form one puzzle
into a picture of something that may cause harm.
3. The teacher will ask students what they have formed and how are
these pictures related to the topic today.
*The song ‘’Bahay Kubo’’ will be sung by their classmate will serves as
their timer.
B. Lesson proper
a.activity The class will be divided into two groups, each group will select their
leader and secretary. Each leader will pick a card that contains the task that
you are going to do.
Each group will be graded using the following criteria.
