    1. Eligibility: Valid Registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) / Federal Board Revenue.

    2. Qualification:
    (i) List of completed similar assignment with cost 3 Nos of Works with their cost at least equal to
    offered cost) undertaken over the past (3) years.
    (ii) Financial Statement (summery) and income tax return for the last 3 years at least equal to offered cost.
    (iii) Affidavit that firm has never been black listed.
    (iv) Bid must be in waxed sealed cover.
    (v) The participants must quote the rates both in words and figures.
    (vi) Bid security /earnest money should be made from A/C of the firm / company.
    (vii) The integrity pact on stamp paper worth rupees 100, should enclosed with the tender.

    3. Method of Procurement: (Single Stage Single Envelope).

    4. Bidding/Tender Documents:

    (i) Issuance: Documents will be issued from the date of hoisting to Dated.03-05-2023 on payment of
    tender fee (Non-refundable-mentioned against each item in the list), Tender would be downloaded from PPMS
    / SPPRA website in case the documents are downloaded, the bidder should submit Pay Order in favour of
    KW&SB in respect of tender fee at time of submission of the bidding documents.
    (ii) Submission Date: Date:04-05-2023_____________Time2:00 P.M.
    (iii) Opening Date: Tender will be opened on Date: 04-05-2023 __Time2:30 P.M in the
    Office of Chief Engineer (IPD) / Convener of Procurement Committee-E&M ( SEW) Wing situated
    at Committee Room 1st floor Block-A 9th MileKarsaz Karachi.
    (iv) Place of Issuance:

    (i) Conditional and telegraphic bids / tender.
    (ii) Bids not accompanied by bid security of required amount and form.
    (iii) Bids received after specified date and time.
    (iv) Black listed firms.
    (v) Submitted document if found forge at any staged.
    (vi) In case the date of opening is declared a public holiday by the Government, or non-working day due to any
    reason, the next official working day shall be deemed to be the date for submission and opening of tenders
    at the same time and venue.

    (b) Bid validity Period: (90) Days

    (c) KW&SB reserves the right to reject all or any bids subject to the relevant provisions of Sindh Public Procurement
    Rules-2010.(Amended-2021)
