What you will see 


Color alignment defects may appear as excess white lines or white spaces around colored areas. NOTE: Sometimes the image may
show as being shifted. See the examples below:

Suggested remedy 
IMPORTANT! Make sure that the Color Correction is set to Auto.

To correct the issue, power off the printer and wait for ten seconds before powering it back on. Do this procedure 3 – 5 times to allow the
printer to perform the Auto Color Correction and Alignment process.

NOTE: By default, the Color Correction and Alignment is set to Auto. If the printer does not perform the process during power up,
it could have been set to “manual”. To change this setting, navigate through:

1. Menus > Settings > Print Settings > Quality Menu.

2. Look for the option “Color Correction” and use the buttons   or  to change the setting to “Auto”.

3. Press the   button to apply the changes.
