I am…In my years in college, I have experience being a group leader in some school projects. I supervised
a whole team of fellow students and brainstorm with them. I am a team player and goes well with other
people].
I am goal oriented, flexible and adaptive to learning new things, that may be able to contribute to
the growth of the company. I am committed to the things or task that I was given to me. I am
confident that I will excel in this role.
I see myself five years from now, adding value to the company and contributing such ideas and
knowledge to the team. This company offer many opportunities for my professional development and
growth.
My strength is I am a good listener. Good listening can render more quality service that helps me to
better understand customers concern.
My greatest weakness is that I sometimes have trouble saying ‘no’ to requests and end up taking on
more than I can handle. To improve on this, I take down notes my work to do and prioritize the more
important thing to do.
Its okay not to be okay when you feel it, because everyone has its own highs and lows situations. So its
okay to allow yourself feel what it feels.
Tell me about a time you worked with someone who was difficult.
I have had this classmate in the past who was difficult to work due to language barrier, but I always
appreciate diversity. I keep myself to be an open minded and be adaptive.
Responsibility is something you feel you should do. Obligation is something you must do.
What is your expected salary?
I don’t let my emotions controls me. Instead I stay calm and focused on the task that was given to me.
I don’t know what other candidates can do yet but I myself will do my best to reach your expectation.
What is metacom?
Customer service provides assistance to customers. It is also about acknowledging the customers
concern in empathic manner.
If your company is not looking for hardworking, goal oriented and patient worker then im not the one
you should hire.
Because call center is a fast growing industry. Call centers gives everyone equal opportunity to build a
career. And I think my skills make me good call center.
