    Notes:
    a) Our supervisors will arrive at site once the civil work and foundations is completed as per our
    drawings. Our commissioining engineer will come once the plant is completely installed and

    Supervision charges are based on fixed duration mentioned in our offer. If the stay of the
    Supervisors exceeds the estimated days as above, will be charged on Pro-rata basis

    c) All goods will be guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year from date of despatch

    d) All layout/foundation drawings etc. will be provided after confirmation of the order and
    e) In the event of order cancellation the advance payment received will be non refundable and
    interest free

    Dispatch Terms:
    f) All goods supplied as per Packing list shall be construed as received in total content, quantity
    or number of packages & good condition at your delivery site, unless discrepancy, if any, is
    notified by an email on “[email protected]” within 15 days of clearance of the goods from
    the Port of Discharge or 30 days of date of arrival at destination port whichever is earlier.

    g) Any subsequent loss, damage or shortage of material on site would be on your account if the
    goods are unpacked in absence of our Company representative.
    Confidentiality and Restrictions :
    This Proforma Invoice is property of Kumar Metal Industries Pvt Ltd. and is a confidential
    presentation to Buyer for its exclusive use in considering the Equipment of Seller and shall
    not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent from the Seller.
