1. Memo from the office dated April 18, 2023, reinvestigation report of the
above subject.
2. The Hit and Run incident happened last April 18,2023 was inherent.
II. MATTERS TO BE INVESTIGATED
3. Determine the surrounding circumstances of the incident.
4. To possibly identify the suspects that will led to theire apprehension and
possible prosecution
III. FACTS OF THE CASE
5. What: hit and run incident
Where: Las Salinas Sur, Loay, Bohol
When: April 18, 2023 around 12:00 midnight
Who: The victim named Ricky Umpod, a 74 year old man and the
suspect has not been identified.
Why: The victim tried to cross ye street on a pedestrian lane and an
unknown suspect riding a blue Toyota Wigo car hit Mr. Umpod.
IV.INVESTIGATION/FINDINGS
6. The suspect was riding a blue Toyota Wigo car
 7. The car ran 140klm/hr
8. Mr.Umpod used the pedestrian lane while crossing the street.
9. Mr.Umpod was dead on the spot.
V. CONCLUSION
10. The suspect ran out of fear
VI. RECOMMENDATION/ DISPOSITION
11. The said blue Toyota Wigo car should be search together with the
suspect around Bohol in 2 weeks. Checkpoint must be implemented.

on Anti-cybercrime that was attended by 105 Barangay officials and
community members of Barangay Cogon, Tagbilaran City, which was known
to have the most common cybercrime cases committed for CY 2022. The
