1) This is a memorandum of understanding between Decathlon Belapur and Skate with Me to organize a free skateboarding event in Belapur. 2) Skate with Me agrees to provide at least 100 registrations for the event and list Decathlon as an associating partner. 3) Decathlon Belapur agrees to provide four skateboards for trials and space in their Belapur store for a free skateboarding workshop. Any damaged products must be returned or paid for by Skate with Me.

Memorandum Of Understanding
This is a memorandum of understanding between decathlon Belapur and skate
with me. The following terms and conditions that are to be agreed by both the
parties are as follows

Terms & conditions


Deliverables on behalf of skate with me:
1. Skate with me have to organise a free skateboarding event with decathlon
Belapur in Belapur and For the event will give atleast 100+ registrations

2. Associating partner for the event (on banner with logo)

Deliverables on behalf of Decathlon Belapur:


1. Four skateboards for the trial purpose on the day of Panvel event

2. Provide space for the free skateboarding workshop in Decathlon Belapur

Products which provided by decathlon Belapur to be submitted back


by skate with me in usable condition if any damages caused to
products then it will be not accept by decathlon and should have to
pay for it
