    Program (CBDRP) Quarterly Reports for CY 2022, pursuant to DILG Advisory dated March
    22, 2021 “Submission of Community-Based Drug Rehabilitation Program (CBDRP) Quarterly
    Reports for 2022”. Stated below are the dates of submission per quarter:

    1st Quarter: April 8, 2022


    2nd Quarter: July 8, 2022
    3rd Quarter: October 4, 2022
    4th Quarter: December 20, 2022

    All information stated herein and the attachments are accurate, correct, and complete in
    accordance with the Republic of the Philippines' relevant laws, rules, and regulations.

    Any misrepresentation made in this document or any of its attachments shall be subjected to
    proper administrative action.
