SIP4 Timer Gate - CFC

The document discusses different types of timer gates in SIP4 and their workings. It describes long, short, and regular timer gates. Long and short timer gates function similarly to regular timer gates, except their outputs do not reset depending on the input signal - they only reset after the configured time elapses. The document provides examples to illustrate how regular and long timer gates would function in two scenarios required by NTPC: 1) the output remaining high for the configured time even if input resets early, and 2) the output only resetting when input resets after the configured time.
