Other Important Terms & Conditions


GST and other taxes will be applicable as per Government Notification
Payment shall be made within due date or interest @ SBI PLR + 2% p.a shall be chargeable from the due date
Cancellation Charges @1% of total consideration to be deducted if cancelled before Agreement
Cancellation Charges @10% of total consideration to be deducted if cancelled after Agreement
Nomination Charges @Rs.75/- sq.ft. will be charged only after 12 months of agreement
All Payments shall be in Cheque / DD favouring : "PRABHA AIKYAM LLP"
