Fill a temporary absence within the team (maternity leave, medical leave,
etc.)
Replace a staff member who has retired
Assist with an increased workload
Get the company started with a new venture

Scenario
HR Manager: “All the best as well as good morning/afternoon! I want to thank the
team for a job well done. Performance of our employees and revenue is increasing. Our
CEO informed me that we should hire employees as efficiently as possible because the
Department of Finance and Investment Baking has a vacant job for an analyst. I'm
interested in your thoughts on this.
HR Facilitator: Why not include graduates in finance and business administration for
the job openings we are searching for, Ma'am or Sir, given that we are a banking
company.”
HR Assistant Manager: “We can also hire newly graduates for they are eager and they
are open for new ideas Ma’am /Sir.
HR Manager: “What must we do in order to identify these suitable employees now that
we have determined the Job Description we require?”
HR Staff: “I recommend Ma'am/Sir, that we distribute and hang flyers and engaged
them on social media because it is a broad platform that can reach a lot of people..”
HR Assistant Manager: “Thank you, Ma'am or Sir. Since we have all agreed, let's
proceed forward with plans to advertise the job opportunities on social media and in
flyers.”
HR Staff & HR Facilitator: “Thank you Ma’am /Sir, we will now begin.”
3. There are interested individuals, and a selection process will be used for
Resume and Application Letter. -Applicants have begun submitting their
requirements.
4. After gathering all of the resumes the HR Team will narrow the possible
candidates for the role/job. After they will call/email the applicants for a
scheduled interview.
(Phone ringing)
Recruiting Staff 1: Hello is this Ms./Mr. (name)?
Applicant 2: Yes, May I know Who is this?
Recruiting Staff 1: I am (name) from (company) I would like to inform you that we
reviewed your application for the position of Investment Banking Analyst and you’re
one of the potential applicants. Are you available for an interview tomorrow?
Applicant 2: Yes I am available for tomorrow.
Recruiting Staff 1: Great, I’ll send you the details for tomorrow’s interview.
(Phone ringing)
Recruiting Staff 2: Good Day, is this Ms./Mr.(Name) ?
Applicant 3: Yes I am she/he, who is this please?
Recruiting Staff 2: I’m (name) from (company). I’m calling to inform you that our
manager would like to invite you for an interview for tomorrow, you are one of the
potential applicants for the position of Financial Analyst.
Applicant 3: That would be great, I am available and free for tomorrow.
Recruiting Staff 2: I’ll just send you the details for tomorrow’s interview.

First(Brief) Interview
5. The applicants will now be screened. Prior to asking them the behavioral
interview questions to determine whether they are qualified for the
position or job, HR will first conduct an interview with each applicant to
get to know them better.
Interview:
The HR staff will contact the applicants to set up an interview so they can introduce
themselves and the HR can get to know them properly.
6. The HR completed the first round of interviews for both positions that the
applicants were vying for, and after reviewing their resumes and succinct
interview responses again, they selected the qualified applicants for the
second round.
HR Assistant Manager: Ma’am/ Sir, these are the resumes and application letter of the
applicants that we interviewed earlier.
HR Manager: Please leave it in my table.
(The HR Manager reviewed the resume and application letter)
HR Manager: Ms, ( Name), please come to my office.
HR Assistant Manager: Yes sir, right away
HR Manager: Please make a call for these selected applicants for their final interview.
Scene 6
(Phone Ringing)
HR: Hello, Good afternoon!
Applicant: Good afternoon Ma’am/Sir.
This is Ms. Miano from HR Department of (Company) We are glad to inform you that
you are qualified for the final interview for the position of Investment Banking Analyst.
Please come tomorrow here in our company at exactly 8:00 am.Please wear proper
attire.
Applicant: Thank you for the Opportunity, I will be at (Company) Tomorrow.
Scene 7
HR: Hi, Good afternoon!
Applicant: Good afternoon Ma’am/Sir.
This is Ms. Miano from HR Department of (Company) We are glad to inform you that
you are qualified for the final interview for the position of Financial Analyst. Please
come tomorrow here in our company at exactly 8:00 am. Please wear proper attire.
Applicant: Thank you for reaching out to me, You can expect me tomorrow.
Final Interview
7. The final applicant's behavioral interview will help the financial manager
and investment banking manager assess whether he or she meets the
requirements for the position being sought by the department or
company.
Financial Analyst:
Applicant: Good Afternoon Ma’am.
FM: Good Afternoon, I am (name) the Financial Manager of (company). I am the one to
initiate today’s final interview for the Financial Analyst Qualified Applicant.
FM: Ms. (Name) Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?

FM: How do you approach problems? What’s your process?
Applicant: (Answer)
FM: Describe how you used your (skill e.g. problem-solving) to benefit a team or
company.

-The Managers and HR Team concluded all the answers and qualifications of the
applicants and as they come up with their final verdict, they now informed the final
applicant’s and have them read and signed the contract.
HR Manager: Congratulations to Ms. (Financial Analyst) Let’s proceed to your contract
signing for the Job Offer as Financial Analyst in (Company).
