2.1 Function Test

Basic Function Test

♦ Input ‘*983*0#’ command to enter test mode, test LCD→Ring tones→Motor→Keypad→
Audio loop→Earphone→FM successively and then exit
Main Test Points
♦ Check LCD: check whether there are display defects, such as missing line, spot or abnormal
display.
♦ Check ring tone & vibration: the volume of the ring tone and vibration should be normal.
Strange voice or abnormal volume is not allowed.
♦ Check keyboard: Check each individual key to guarantee the correct character can be shown.
Take care about the feeling of touch, and you should feel the difference for switch of keys,
and you should press the keys with the same strength.
♦ Check audio loop: puff towards MIC to hear the sound of “Sha sha” from the telephone
receiver.
♦ Check earphone: insert earphone and puff towards MIC to hear the sound of “Sha sha” from
the telephone receiver.
♦ Check FM: insert earphone and check FM. Abnormal volume is not allowed.
♦ Press ‘End’ key, and the handset will reset automatically.

Each handset to be repaired should be upgraded to the latest version, that is, each repaired
handset should be in the latest version.
♦ Download data cable
C330/C335 download cable (code: ISO13032)

♦ Download cable driver

♦ Notice: Connect download cable with computer and enter into Device manager to check
serial ports
Checking route: My computer→Management→Device manager→Ports

♦ Install download platform: ZPST_DL_P300V1.01.01setup

♦ Double-click shortcut icon after successful installation
