    5x SDS-PAGE sample buffer


    0.25% Bromphenol blue
    50% Glycerol
    10% SDS
    0.25 M Tris-HCl, pH 6.8
    Add 0.5 M DTT directly before use

    2x SDS-PAGE sample buffer


    0.1% Bromphenol blue
    20% Glycerol
    0.1 M Tris-HCl, pH 6.8
    4% SDS
    Add 0.2 M DTT directly before use

    10x SDS-PAGE running buffer


    30.28 g/l Tris
    144.13 g/l Glycine
    10 g/l SDS

    1x SDS-PAGE running buffer


    100 ml 10x SDS-PAGE running buffer
    Fill up with VE-H2O to 1l
    SDS PAGE GEL / BUFFERS
