0.25% Bromphenol blue
50% Glycerol
10% SDS
0.25 M Tris-HCl, pH 6.8
Add 0.5 M DTT directly before use

2x SDS-PAGE sample buffer


0.1% Bromphenol blue
20% Glycerol
0.1 M Tris-HCl, pH 6.8
4% SDS
Add 0.2 M DTT directly before use

10x SDS-PAGE running buffer
