Scheduling Agreement :

• Create a Material with JIT Schedule Indicator


• Create a Release Creation Profile
• Assign a Release Creation Profile to Vendor Master
• Create a Scheduling Agreement with Release Documentation
• Maintain SA delivery schedule
• Generate Forecast delivery schedule & Generate JIT delivery schedule

Material Master record


• JIT indicator in Material master record controls the JIT delivery schedules.
Creation Profile :
• Spro -> Materials Management -> Purchasing -> Scheduling Agreement -> Maint. Rel.
Creation Profile for Sched. Agmt. w. Rel. Docu.

Vendor Master Record


• Release Creation Profile is adopted as a default value from Vendor Master Record
• We unable to see the field Release creation Profile
• Go to Extras -> Add Purchasing Data

• Again go to Extras -> add Different data


• Then we can find Creation Profile field

• Assign creation Profile


Create Scheduling Agreement
T code : ME31L

Document Type / Agreement Type – LPA

• Select the line item & go to Item -> More functions -> Additional Data
• Verify whether the JIT schedule indicator & creation profile are adopted or not
• Save the Scheduling Agreement

• Maintain Scheduling Dates / Delivery dates


• T code – ME38

• Select the line item


• Go to Item -> Delivery Schedule
a. For Forecast Schedules
• Go to Edit -> Generate Forecast Schedule (or) just go back & select line item & go to Edit –>
Generate Forecast Schedule . in both ways we can generate

• Go to Item -> SA Release Document


• So, Forecast Schedule generated with Release Number 1

• If we go to creation/Transmission tab, can see the creation profile we had maintained. Based on
that the aggregation takes place

• Click on Symbol “I” ( Profile details ) to see the details of creation profile

• Select Forecast schedule line & click on Schedule lines/release


• We had maintained weekly aggregation up to 100 days from the date of creation in creation
profile. So that it is aggregated in weekly wise

• Go back & SAVE


b. For JIT Schedule
• T code – ME38
• Select line item & Go to Edit -> Generate JIT Schedule

• Select the line item Go to Item -> SA Release Document

• So, JIT Schedule generated with Release Number 1


• We had maintained in creation profile like
• No aggregation in workdays - up to 6 days
• Daily aggregation in workdays – 7 - 10 days
• Select the JIT delivery schedule line with the Release number 1 & then Go to Schedule lines / Release
• We can see that the none of the scheduling agreement schedule lines after the 10th working day have
been taken into account in JIT schedule
• save
