For downloading data

scripter - survey manager - DP

Need to copy 2 templates: Export to QT.dms / Top lines.mrs


Change job id in both files
Add respondents if any provided for rejections

Open link - GDPR export - Survey complete - Export

Home page - Check the status of total respondents

Zip file need to save in folder


Export - 3 files in zip files (mdd, ddf, personal zip file)
Keep mdd, ddf and remove personal zip file(contains customers personal data, delete
as this contains in mail zip file)

.mdd file - contains 2 files

Questionnaire (Meta data) - Contains information of all questions in the


questionnaire (along with type of response)
Routing - Order of questions and conditions / Skip

Metadata model to Quantum - Open this tool

Open - Mdd file


Tools - Preferences: (Like Settings )

Card columns:
Width of serial number: 5
Width of card number: 2
Max card length: 80
No. of spare columns for categories: 0
Punch mask - QC style (1/9,0/9,..) ( CATI: Traditional (1/&) )
Explode multipunched questions (Individual columns with 1 or 0 response) - Not use

Quantum:
By default row length is 200
n01 and n23 - set as 2000

General:
Label content: Question
Language - English (UK)

Click ok

Tools - Allocate cards and punches


Overwrite all cols and punches using my preferences - Use this one

Keep any previously allocated cols and punches and reallocate using my preferences
- Wave 2 additional responses added to question, without distubring old punches or
columns assignes new ones (Need to provide old data map as import)

click on ok

Columns and codes will be added to the questionnaire in mdd file


Tools - Check Cols and Punches
Shows the errors in cols and punches - Ok
Check Error flag field

For verbatim questions


Goto start column and double click - Starting column = -1 / Column count = 0 (No
columns will be assigned)

Tools - Check Cols and Punches - Check again to make sure no errors

Save - Save the questionnaire (.mdd) file - WOuld like to save datamap to .csv file

File - Export Quantum specs - Job.run - Save

.dat file:
Open Prefessional (Dimensions) tool - open dms file
press Run button in textpad
Check for 0 errors and 0 warnings / records processed (Compare with status)
The transformation completed successfully
.dat (Data file) and .dau (Verbatims) files are saved in folder

Open toplines.mrs
press Run button in textpad - generates html output (hole count and listings)
