    A. INSIGHTS OF THE DAY
    It is the third day of having a work immersion, be mindful to try this kind of activity
    or task to prepare myself in the future is something that I am grateful for, since in the
    end. I am the one who will benefit from all of this. It is there little steps of the process
    that really matter so I can say that I have step out of my comfort zone and overcome
    it. Keep doing great jobs.

    B. CHALLENGES/DIFFICULTIES ENCOUNTERED
    In the Engineering’s office, we have given another task like printing paper works,
    encoding files and documents. Ive been worried about failure I may do in that task.
    C. ACTION TAKEN TO THE CHALLENGES/DIFFICULTIES
    I just became aware of what task will they give to us and be patient always. Also do
    properly the task. Just keep believing in yourself.

    A. INSIGHTS OF THE DAY
    It is the fourth day of my work immersion, I have already knowledge about how I
    may do any task that engineer’s may give to us. Just do things properly and serve with
    a happy heart.

    B. CHALLENGES/DIFFICULTIES ENCOUNTERED
    I feel worried again in the task that engineer’s gave to us. Also I felt boredom and I
    almost got sleep.
    C. ACTION TAKEN TO THE CHALLENGES/DIFFICULTIES
    Just become aware to the tasks that were given to the adviser. Also do duties and
    responsibilities properly. Also be ready for any task that engineer’s may give to us.

    Work Immersion is one ,method by which we students are given a chance to
    experience the real work or the field that we are in and perform the lesson we learn
    from school. It is also helps to obtain applicable knowledge and skills in the actual
    work setting. It also provides opportunity to go through the actual methodologies of a
    specific job using real tools, equipment and documents.

    In the third day of my work immersion Mr. Formoso gave us task. The task is to
    encode and print some documents. We did our task properly to make Mr. Formoso
    happy to us. At the end of the day, we learned a lot and develop our new skills for the
    next work immersion.
