How to login into CSS eCommunity
Web Portal?
2. Select your “Project

“Login Code” & “Password” and click
“Login”.

How to change Login ID & Password?
1. Click “Edit”.
2.Update the “New
Login Code” and
“New Password”.

3. Click “Save”.
Community News
Residents can access to latest news information from
the management office anytime and anywhere.
How To View Announcement?

1. Select the
“Topic” to view in
details.

Enjoy !
Management Bulletin
Publish of announcements and bulletin news to
the residents by management team.
How to view Management Bulletin?

1. Select the “Topic”


to download the
Bulletin.

*System will auto download the document.


Facility Booking
All facilities such as BBQ pits, tennis courts,
multi-purpose halls and more that require booking can
be conveniently setup in web for residents' reference
and use.
How to book the facility??

1. Select the “Facility”.

Form Downloads
Download all types of application forms (i.e.
renovation application, car park sticker application,
move-in/out application and more) available at your
residence.

Resident may refer to the house rules set by
the management.
How to view House Rules?

Management Committee
Overview the profiles, roles & responsibilities of the
management committee members of your residence.

“Management Num”

view the details.

Minutes of Meeting
Keep updated with the latest meeting minutes (i.e. AGM,
EGM and/or JMC meetings) of your community.
How to view Minutes Of Meeting?

1. Select the date.

Account Statement
Get the latest account statements via app or web
within a few clicks. Supported with online payment
and real time update of information to the account.
How to view Account Statement?

Contact Information
User can now easily update latest individual contact
information in the system.
How to update the Contact Information?

1. Click “Edit”.

2. Amend the information

*Resident can only change certain information


Service Request
Platform for residents to provide feedback on issues
including but not limited to individual unit, common area
& common facilities.
All feedbacks will be organized systemically for
management office to response respectively.
How to send the Request?

1. Select “New
Event”. 2. Click “Add”.

3. Add the “Comment” &


“Attachment” then click “Submit”.

*User will be able to attach the image after request submitted


REGISTER SUB ID
Creation of subsidiary user login ID for family
members or tenants.
How to create sub-ID?
1. Click “Add”.

2, Select “Sub-ID” Contact.

3. Fill in the Sub-ID user


information.
5. Click “Save”.

4. Select
“Active”.

The “Sub-ID” and “Password”


will be reflected.
