I, JESUS CACAO SALCEDO , of legal age ,married , businessman , a citizen of


Philippines ,and presently residing at Block 7 Lot 19 Bernwood Residences, Nabitasan,
Lapaz, Iloilo City, Philippines after having been duly sworn to in accordance with the law ,
do hereby depose and say ,
THAT:

1. I am financially supporting my wife , SYBELLE MARY BUENAFLOR SALCEDO ,of legal


age, married, a citizen of the Philippines and presently residing at Block 7 Lot 19
Bernwood Residences, Nabitasan, Lapaz, Iloilo City, Philippines ;

2. I will assist her on the tuition fees which are to be incurred in the entire course of
Bachelor of Business Management (BBM)-General Management program at Acsenda
School of Management , Vancouver , BC ;

3. In addition to the above , I will also be financially supporting her basic needs such as
accommodation , food , clothing , medical insurance coverage , and other needs he will
have while studying in Canada ;

4. I am a law abiding citizen and I understand the Immigration laws of Canada and the rules
and regulations with regard to the Student Visa Requirements;

5. I am executing this affidavit for all legal intents and purposes and to prove to that I will
be supporting my wife , SYBELLE MARY BUENAFLOR SALCEDO during her stay in
Canada;

6. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing;
